There's a general feeling that they are merely using aggression as a default action so as to protect the financial corruption that has become rife over many years. We used to believe that the behaviour was due to employing poorly paid, uneducated and grossly untrained security staff, but despite an endless catalogue of very reliable complaints, the dreadful and unacceptable conduct has continued.
