Hey Cammy, I hope you see this even though this vid is old, maybe make a short-ish video discussing buildcrafting in PvP? In light of the recent crucible changes, that is I think that the A+ tier builds, specifically those that play like the Tricksleeves build (rip in peace) should be alright. I’ve been maining the Swash mechabre with assassins cowl + cryosthesia, setting up the combo and chaining body shots was great, I learned to no-scope just to hit trick shots with the build, and now it’s gone… My point is, there’s a sweet spot where builds are strong but *take effort and execution to be strong* Honestly PvP doesn’t feel any different to me after the recent changes, except all the meme loadouts to hit those “moments of power” no longer function, it’s all rifts and overshields and hard meta everything Still rockin cryo-cowl, but with beloved now Would use Athryss but that’s bound to catch a nerf, besides clipping legit bounce shots is more fun anyway lol

Love that you mentioned the Tricksleeve build too. I'm so mad I dismantled my Harmony Peacebond because of the easy ONE BURST possible with it + High Energy Fire. :( I think I'll settle on going for the Swash + Tricksleeve + Drang 0.2 sec TTK if I can pull it off.

Thanks CammyCakes, I never knew you could spawn trap like what was shown. I thought it was normally, B-Line to Spawn B, or Spawn C, not walk away 5ft and turn around to secure a kill. Nice Knife Trick too by the way. 😂

Wow it's a shame we're losing this from the permanent playlists, what a fun mode that perfectly gives you the feeling of being a cool space warrior and not, for example, a mode where optimal strategy involves preventing opponents from ever getting to play... but seriously, I agree, it'd be nice to have a solo mode all the time, still. It's important to have an outlet for players from other playlists who don't want to play on a team, otherwise we'll have more lone wolves in the team playlists.
Great content, 1 additional note for wings is the increase of damage resistance. ( similar to healing in that it Increases your opponent’s time to kill against you)

Meta Loadouts and how to acquire them if you were just starting. Non meta options. Stat allocation and improvement priorities. You know what you need. Just throwing out a suggestion.
35:55 I started using forerunner/shayura/PKs to carry freelance teams last weekend and it’s absolutely monstrous. With PKs gaining popularity on trials report I’m worried they’ll get nerfed soon, people are starting to realize how crazy the speed boots actually are
Nice, I hope bungo remove damage boost from PVP and increase the TTK, abilities and higher dps is nice, but sometimes you just want to use a primary in an FPS game.
I’ve been trying this build that’s REALLY fun. Not meta defining or anything, but if you’re bored, definitely use this. It’s stasis titan with cryostesia and a wave GL(preferably one with disruption break and auto loading holster), and with diamond lance and cryoclasm. I’m also rocking glacier grenade and towering barricade. It’s soooo fun for rumble and sixes. 1000 IQ plays

Ahhhhhhhh I didn’t know about the radiant after every kill gimmick for the vex. Now I know why that thing can map me from so far and Dueling it is nearly impossible 🤦♂️
Cammy, I love playing rumble when I get a good match, but often times I can't stand it cuz all I can do is get spawn killed. It's terribly annoying to lose to builds like these but got damn I cannot deny how effective they are
The great thing i like about vids like this is the variety....cool guy made a similar vid for 6 v 6 and the builds is totally different than in this vid
bungie : we want to merge together pve and pvp, so each side has something to do and hunt for on both ends also bungie : you guys get 2 maps and control, be happy you get those
and no weapons worth chasing and we're gonna make gunplay feel worse (AE + slide nerfs) cos we want to water the game down for the casual gamer who lost all his braincells from playing pve everyday

I'd have to 100% agree. And what they should have done was awarded an EXCLUSIVE rumble cosmetic to make the playlist more played instead of taking away a slipping playlist entirely. They should try things before just removing them
A loadout I just came up with that I wish i could use in rumble is peacekeepers arc titan with a harmony max range shayuras + a tap the trigger cascade point cold front and swift charge high energy fire. If rumble ever comes back I will be unstoppable. If you wanna see it in action I uploaded a short clip on my channel the other day.

I did NOT realize bungie was actually nuking rumble by putting in the rotator. That's such an empty-headed move imo. They really do just be casually killing pvp huh
Some of the bigger youtubers and streamers should tell bungie to implement a poll system so this doesn't keep happening. See what the players want before forcing stuff on them.
I stopped playing once they turned NF into a 150rpm. Watching is good enough for me. It's like an ex girlfriend. You think of her as gross what she's put you through, but you still love her for some reason.

rain of fire is hard slept on in both pve and pvp. being able to reload instantly whenever you want is really good for dps and general play
