It's very hard to get a headless tuner. The price is also very expensive.

I find it very interesting how you've used modern day machining to advance the speed with which you're able to craft a guitar while maintaining such an excellent build quality. I thought of something like this for decades but never made a guitar like that. You integrated the headstock to the body in a really nice way, good design 👍

Beautiful. I love the urushi finish also. It has the best colour.
In Korea, urushi is called 'ottchil'. :)
We like the color of ottchil, too. It's deep and warm

Just for my personal curiosity.. When we cut the head and move tuners to the very end, don’t we dramatically change a balance? Is this still possible to play a guitar without squeezing it?
And the second question. When strings rub against a bone this is one thing. But when against a steel - ‘a bit’ different. Is there any potential damage expected to strings and to a bridge?
1. Balance changes as you say. The important thing is that each guitar has a different balance depending on the form. There is no problem with the performance.
2. I also expected that the steel saddle could be damaged. So I used the roller bridge.
