I wanted to make a pinned comment here, since I completely spaced and didn't think about this while uploading. There is a problem in the sims community right now with malicious mods being distributed. I did include some cc in this build that I've had for a while now, and have run several security scans on my computer and everything came back fine; but I wanted to put up a disclaimer here in case. If you want to be precautious, I totally understand not downloading this build, as many are recommending not downloading any cc for a while due to the attacks on various computers. It is up to your discretion and comfort level to download any mods and cc right now with the situation going on. My favorite thing about ts3 is that the sims in your town are ALWAYS doing things. I love how you can watch them drive to the grocery store, then go to the park, then drive back to their house where they actually do stuff instead of disappearing. It will always be my favorite game in the franchise for that reason, but I have wayyyy more hours in ts4 due to cas & build mode :P

i have the For Rent pack and have had very few issues, a couple times I've had a tenant revolt unprovoked but its never really effected my gameplay that much and a couple of rent issues but nothing outside what i would call the 'norm' for Sims 4 issues. Not unplayable by any means...
Interesting! It's strange how divided it is between players. I suppose there are many factors that go into whether or not it works well for some vs. others. Probably mods, updating the game, computer specs etc.
