Hi
years ago, toyo team was unstoppable, Kawabata and Kuroi always get insane angles, with a beautiful twin drift on each battle, he is now drifting in other world... I SALUTE YA KUROI SENSEI!
On the evening of 1 February 2010 Kuroi was hit by another vehicle whilst travelling home from work on his motorcycle. Kuroi later died in hospital after bleeding to death from injuries to his thigh.
A memorial for Kuroi was featured at the Osaka Auto Messe.
Look at the opposite lock on that drift, insane angle and crazy setup. R.I.P A. Kuroi
As much as I loved watching Kuroi's performances, I still wanted to see him drive a car that wasn't as heavily modified as his drifter was.
Setting the angle of the tires higher, incresing the horsepower by 400-600hp, modifications worth of over 40-50.000US.$. To me, that's not what drifting is about.
I personally am very pleased that Tsuchiya decided to form "Drift Muscle", where rules forbid a driver from having extreme horsepower and modifications on the car. It's all about the driver there.
R.I.P Atsushi, i hope there's a drift course in heaven.
Keep the tires burning in heaven, kuroi!!!!!
Atsushi Kuroi
Better known by alot as their hero.
May he smoke the tires in heaven.
R.I.P.
RIP Kuroi. he will be missed by all....
That angle was PERFECT! R.I.P
I love those chinese or japanese people talk when the're really happy/exited!

R.I.P. Atsushi
Rest in Peace..
RIP :( He was one of the best!
Mana P, the man that doesnt need a mic!
Not the car, its the driver...RIP Kuroi san
@wannagoodcar D1gp would take the cake. The japanese have this afinity for drift that far surpasses anyone in the western hemisphere. The competiton would be intense though, and well worth whatever the tickets would cost.
We will miss you... RIP :(
it's not about the car. Its about the driver
RIP from all of your fans in australia.
Japanese are clearly the best in the world at drifting. OMG what an amazing drift. And they way they are when they're excited its funny. i like to think that they're just always high. born high and live all of life high.
[*] Kuroi - always the best

RIP Kuroi
Kuroi & Kawabata - Best Drifters
RIP ATSUSHI
RIP Kuroi
now THAT'S what's called car control..
@silverplayer2008 you can tune and modify any car to do that american japanese euro it dosnt matter its the driver that is going to decide how the drift will be done
I wish i could have been this guys apprentice.
option dvd did a special called something along the lines of "magic drift" or "drift magician" that highlighted the guys who actually go backwards. it was daigo saito, kawabata and kuroii, right before he died. someone needs to upload that one. its got the 3 of them standing backwards on the cover. if you want to know how its done, google "gp sports hyper knuckles"
dam thats sad my fav drifter from japan always done insaine entrys
awesome commentator:] Japanes drifters are incredible.
RIP.. :(
its the car too.
its not just the driver but also the car
NO car can have their wheels like that unless they tune it.
and no one try and correct me until i have seen it in a stock car.
Awesome angles
HELL ! The steering radius..almost 90 degree !
Kuroi is bloody wild
Correct me if im wrong, there should be a d1gp vs Formula drift event one day.
R.I.P. Atsushi

RIP.
RIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
R.I.P
Holy shit, look at that angle!
look at that front wheel
@Seiijin in asia they dont call it an accident its everyday life for them its like eating a burger
Nope, it's an RB26 pushing 600 hp in that round, but usually 700 hp. It is capable of a little over 800 hp, though decreases the reliability of the engine.
That was EPIC!!!!
@yoyodu10120 both kawabata and kuroi are the best, i think ..their angle are so big ! ...kuroi is a teacher ,and kawabata is his student ..
R.i.P
He is my god.
the best.
RIP
great drift!
rip kuroi.
that's the crowd in the background
them japanese shouts more than scandinavian soccer commentators..
kruita kurita kurita ,shita shita shita!!love japanese comentators
i always hated the idea of a rb or jz in a small car like a silvia to me it unbalanced and not a good drift car but when i saw kurois drifting he completly changed my mind....rip atsushi
Nice!
this car could take extreme angles
RIP !
commentator is going nuts.
look at the steering angle... damn... its almost 90' degrees
A 2JZ-powered RPS13.
That is what I call a chaindrifting
i just keep laughing at the dude screaming lol
Gp sport super steering knuckles are kickass
@silverplayer2008 Tell me a Japanese car that can do that, from the factory? Lots of American cars can do that with modifications simular to the modifications done on the car in the video.
WOW! Genius! :¬O
It must be the tires....I mean, every single toyo sponsored dirft car, gets ridiculous angles!
@TheTopNoob He was going back home on his motorcycle and he was hit by another vehicle...Just google his name for more information about this bad, horrible, and sad tragedy.
R.I.P from Fans
total WIN!
@iKnowLex- bro, no, i haven't once seen an 'american' car do an over 90degree entry like this fella, Foust, Millen, Hubinette, etc don't have the room nor the skill to do this sorta crazy shit. american tracks are too damned small.
R.I.P. by italian fan...
RIP from sweden
