hi, just wanted to say my drafting skills have grown exponentially since watching you, thank you for all your content, i love watching ur vids :). have learnt a lot and can't wait to learn more
I was your first loss and watching myself back is grueling to see the mistakes I made even in a game I won. I watch you almost daily and didn’t even realize it was you 😂 thanks for all your content!
Paul I just hit my first 7 wins on a premium draft! 7-1 with BlackGreen, Your videos deserve so much credit in helping me improve my daft game! I know the shuffler and matchups are a large part of it as well. But your discussions on what to pick and why, running commentary on board/opponent interactions. It's helped, I find myself talking to myself when drafting and playing! Cheers sir, awesome content!
@ that’s so funny I didn’t have any of those cards 😂 I had a ghalta, an edict, a soul caller that I got amazing value from, and a high hunter that. Best deck I’ve drafted so far
I love that you're back Paul! I used to really enjoy watching your old Vintage cube drafts (particularly the stipulation drafts you did with your wife). Will you be returning to some of that content again soon? Or is it Arena only now.
In the game where you thought your opponent had sure strike with the whelp attacks, I bet that they instead had fleeting distraction (they showed this at the end of the game when digging for answers). Fleeting distraction allows opponent to think it's safe to attack the whelp into the spinner to enable raid.
90 minutes of Paul Cheon? Lookin like a 90 minute lunch break.
"live by the rogues passage die by the rogues passage"🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥
haha yes definitely

I went 7-0 last night with a Golgari deck! Double Sylvan Scavenger helped a lot 😂
@@TheNaturalHazards phyrexian arena, and garruks uprising! soul spinner, good board interaction amd a pile of 4 power dudes! congrats to you sir!

perfect overrun! dude was not expecting that i bet haha
12:47 in a deck with two Felidar Saviors I might have taken the Pup there.
This one was a good example of being nimble in the draft.
Edit: I don't really see how you could have figured out that blue would be open in pack 3.
Strange draft, blue ran dry mid draft and became open again towards the end ?!
A lower power level makes for better play. Good games!
ggs!
May i ask when did you draft this?? I drafted a monoblue with 17 uncommons including 4 tricks but it was like 2 weeks ago
got it, no green from now on. Eventhough my trophies for this season have all been a shade of green ...
how was there no blue drafter?! p3p9 spectral sailor followed by 2x faebloom trick is insane
Amazing how much mileage Paul gets out of a mediocre deck, draft was a bit weird.
Gotta always try your best!
Blue seemed very cut packs 1 and 2 like maybe someone jumped ship on pack 3 when they opened some bomb in another color
I would've picked the wall, but I'm just a pleb
Sometimes math is for attackers :D
