  • I had a blast making this mouthwatering Japanese egg omelet dish. By rolling together layers of seasoned eggs, you get this warm and fluffy moreish omelet.
    This is a quick and easy breakfast or a side dish for a bento box. I am using an egg frying pan from Daiso (Dimension 5.1”x7.1”).
    Recipe (Adjust the seasoning according to your preference):
    Two Eggs
    1 tsp of Dashi + 1 tbsp of Water
    A Pinch of Salt
    1 tsp Sugar
    1 tsp of Rice Wine (Optional)
