Y’all, you guys need to eat some rice while listening to your playlist. It helped me slimmed down my thighs and think it made my stomach flatter. Idk, I haven’t checked in the mirror since it slows down results. Overall eat rice. (Orr open your rice). I got results in 2 days, but others might take some time. 💚
