I am working on a Comfy UI workflow using a Flux GGUF model that should solve this problem, but the only catch is it requires a machine with good configuration else it will take a lot of time. However Kling and other similar portals provide you some daily tokens using which you can generate some videos on a daily basis. i use both. kling keeps faces a lot better, but Minimax is more expressive with animation.
