磨き上げられた表現ですね。熱いです。シャコンヌは作曲された当時は演奏できる奏者は居なかったとも言われています。未来に向けてのギフトだったのだろうか。ある意味オーパーツですね。

This is by any standards and generations an extraordinary performance as she is as close to creating the colour intended which is that of the organ. Listen to the pipes at 11:09 or the full on resonance at 5:20 and the full effect of the chords billowing out at the beginning or at 13:06. I know of no other player who attempts this on a non-baroque fiddle, although she has been lucky enough to use the Strad Recamier which helps on the bass elements although it takes an artist of her mastery to get that range of sound out which I am not sure Elman achieved on the same instrument. It may not be to everyone's taste but I think it is sensational. Bravo!!

I still love MIDORIs interpretation in kasse...sooo reflective during the COVAD19 pandemic..like she gets the great recording engineers the full depth of meloncholy and fragility of the spirit of a Man (Bach) capturing the deaths and tribulations of living along the evolution of good and sad of humankind during a delicato time...the composer was quite prolific and sensitive...I guess this is a variation...maybe it is the recording engineers..was machen sie...heute...!!

何処か古の時代を回顧させられるような日本人の内側からそれを呼び醒まさせる響きを感じる。強烈な民族意識と言うのとも違う。ただ深い緑の森に覆われた列島に生きた古来の人々は自然への畏敬を持ち、自然との調和のなかで長い歴史を脈々と紡いできた。そんなことを感じる潜在意識に共鳴する響きだ。それは日本人のみならず誰にとっても深い共感を得る普遍性のある響きとなっているに違いない。
バッハを肌で感じるような気がする。生きて呼吸していのかのような演奏。神の存在も実感した気がします。

Bach, as I never heard it before. For me the most wonderful violinist I know. Infinite focus, passion, dedication, musical intelligence.

Listen to Szeryng play this and you’ll hear the difference. I studied in the Rubin music academy for three years and for those years we studied Bach intensively. Counterpoint, harmony, phrasing, structure. Listen to Gelen Gould play Bach. Gould spent his life perfecting Bach. When you read a book you observe periods, commas, sentences, and paragraphs. These help you understand the contents. Imagine if you didn’t have any of these things. The words would ramble on with little meaning. Same here. The violin here has to take a chord and break it down linearly with the aid of its rhythm and notes and give it the meaning it’s composer built into it. This particular violin is has not studied Bach . She rambles on as if there are no periods, no commas, no sentences and no paragraphs thus making it monotone and boring. Listen to other recordings and hear the difference.

@@zamfully you look very proud of yourself, and you think u are the one to know The way to interpret Bach but if you open your sight (heart) to the other you will find that this artist had made another recording on her profile and this other recording is really really great (in my opinion the woman version of Leonid Kogan) and believe me i have carefully listened all the version of this piece on youtube... I have been listening to Bach's music every night for over 10 years now.
Unfortunately, I have never studied classical music professionally, I am just an audience.
Sayaka's playing is certainly different from Hilary's.
I love Hilary, and I also love Sayaka.
There are many videos of the Chaconne on youtube, but Sayaka is one of my favorites.
Please listen to Hilary Hann or Perlman to name two. You’ll realize how harsh and insensitive this player is. She uses her bow like a battle ax.
