The 18th Cadet Lieutenant Course
We Learn, We Lead, We Serve.
On 8th December 2023, 55 Cadet Officers from the 18th Cadet Lieutenant Course (CLTC) celebrated the completion of the 3-week intensive course at the Civil Defence Academy and Home Team Tactical Centre.
In the presence of proud trainers consisting of Honorary Officers, Cadet Lieutenants, as well as HQ NCDCC staff, our Cadet Officers pledged to be loyal and committed to the Corps as they take on a new role as youth leaders.
Also, a special congratulations to 6 individuals who displayed exemplary skills and strength in characters throughout the course:

Best in MOI - Alisha Hania Binte Mohammad Azhar
Best in Rota 1 - Lau Pei Ying Jolin
Best in Rota 2 - Brenan Kuan Ee Ren
Best in Rota 3 - Skylar Neo Zhe Wei
Congratulations to the newly minted Cadet Lieutenants! We would like to wish them all the best as they embark on a new journey as a CLT in their respective units and HQ NCDCC.
