- Enjoy the goals and highlights of Real Madrid's second pre-season friendly (Real Madrid 2-2 Club América) in the USA. Henry Martín scored the opener for Club América before a brilliant Karim Benzema equaliser in his first match back for Carlo Ancelotti's team. The second half saw Real Madrid pull ahead with an Eden Hazard penalty, with Fidalgo equalising from the spot late into the match. Real Madrid play their final match of the USA Summer Tour against Juventus in Los Angeles on Saturday.

@@hellohi1445 The ball would have been difficult for any goalkeeper to hold. The goalkeeper saw the ball late because the defender covered the shot. The finish of benzema was simply world class. Double pass and direct shot and the ball goes around the defender into the goal. No idea what you have...

Camavinga was just incredible. Every time he was in front of Ancelotti by the sideline, he was making tackles and recovering the ball or dribbling past two players. I expect a huge increase in minutes.

No lol, Modric and Kroos, and Casemiro above all were bogging down Madrid in the first half and letting the Club America press take over. Cama Fede Dani and Tchouameni then came on and just cut them open with their dynamism which gave Hazard the opportunity to actually do stuff. Without them Club America would have consistently packed the box and give zero space to Hazard which je needs cuz he's slow now
@@hadhamalnam yes, cama and tchouamemi were great in the 2nd half but they weren’t passing the ball forward (to rodrygo or hazard) and instead they were taking shots from out of the box (which was good but that did not end up scoring) whereas modric and kroos have great vision and try to pass more to forward players which could result hazard to just go pass the defender and finish at the end like lewandowski tried to do in the previous match but could not finish properly

I feel like there is a bit of a rift between the two play styles in the team. Idk how well Benzema and Hazard would fit with all the young midfielders as they are more familiar with exchanging with modric and kroos and not as familiar with the high tempo of Cama Fede Dani, which Rodrygo fits with very well

Dios, ¡lo que jugaron hoy Camavinga, Ceballos y Tchouameni! Hacían lo que querían con la pelota, jugaron muy bien al primer toque, recibían y rápidamente se giraban para buscar espacios.
Ceballos sobretodo estuvo increíble, tiene una visión de campo increíble, tiró lujos y caños terribles, me recuerda al mejor Isco de aquellos 2016/17.

Barca have always took it seriously while Madrid really treated it like a pre season. Not to mention that only new players and bad players are motivated to perform in pre season so that explains why Barca is taking it seriously

I loved the midfield in the second half such a great connection there with Tchoumeni Ceballos Camavinga Valverde. I feel like the only thing we are missing is more firepower in goal scoring. Benzema/ Vini connection is brilliant but I feel they need one more partner up front to help score goals and there is only one I can think of : CR7
