Hi, we tried to implement it 2 years ago but we’re stopped because there was no limitation on the target population when you choose the delegate. Or very complex BR to manage it… is there any other solution? Thanks
There was new delegation functionality that was announced at SuccessConnect EC for workflow approvals and for performance management. Might want to check those out. For all other types of security, I have found that properly built security roles should do the trick. The difference between EC and SAP is that with EC you can use any field on job information to determine your security groups.
You can also do the delegation by adding the Delegation value in picklist jobReltype under job relationship portlet.
