Thank you for this video. I usually make manual database updatesevery 3 weeks. I moved VDJ to a new computer and now every version i attempt to restore database after selecting the file it says no database found. I tried 7 different files so far. can you help?

Does it restore stems quickly? Mine is creating a ton of stems when I restore from backup. Is there a step in missing? Thank you

@LeFave No. I play out on different sets. And I'm seriously considering switching from Traktor to VDJ. Just tired of the lack of support from Traktor. And me constantly having to map. It has become a chore. I'm at the point I want to plug and play
And add what ever difference I want to add. I have a ddj-1000 and am very happy with it. Just needed to know the status of VDJ mapping for the products I mentioned above
@@Lordblanca if I were a betting man, I'd say the mapping for the 10 will be very soon
@@DJLeFave the 10 is the 1000 on steroids. Minus the stems and a few buttons. It is the DDJ-1000. (Period)
@Robert Jean-Louis I've thought that myself. I just purchased the flx4 to muck around with at home. It took vdj about 2 or 3 months from release to come up with the mapping....mostly because they had to script the smart crossfader and smart fx I think. I don't think it will be that long for the 10 tho. I'm still gigging with my ddj sz and it works like a champ. Old toys always feel new and fresh with vdj!
By default, where current database is located on mac?
Check the manual. I don't know macs
