Please pray for my daughter Carter, who was convinced by doctors at age 12 that she was born to be a boy. She has held on to that and been on testosterone for a year, but she doesn’t even act male. She is in our home and is respectful of us and doesn’t demand we refer to her as “he”, so I need your prayer to finally reach her. She is now 23. ❤
Eat healthy foods ; water, exercise , no junk food, no processes foods, no fast foods, no soda; and no stress, and working out a lot , I know because I follow the same healthy protocol. Avoid desserts, avoid sugar, avoid liquid high caloric drinks , avoid breads , that's how , and a great & fast & healthy metabolism, no fake stuff . No fried foods. Avoid inflammation foods. Drink little or no dairy. No ice cream. Discipline. Intermittent fasting , too. No breakfast ; skip it. ❤

I love all advice that God wants me to have for growth and protection .I also have the same thing with age ,I'm almost 63 and despite having had a very "ruff" life ,I don't feel it.
