Not sure about employees. In certain countries they have serious rights (Austria, The UK and France for example), in other countries they can choose between grey market employment (zero financial safetiness) and working legally but with similar conditions as a slave.

По количеству Генераторов я думаю это результат ударов по покрытой лаком проволоке, долго после такого ремонта вряд ли отработает вот и получается круговорот при ремонте и кстати не показали что они делают с якорем! Он как и статор тоже участвовать в работе генератора может 😉

Don`t know why but this video reminded me of a kid in my school back in the day. While the rest of us were struggling to achieve academic passes Tommy knew he could not do it on that front so he left school without exam results. Next thing i know Tommys getting a reputation on engine tear down and rebuilds. That was his gift, just a natural with engines of cars, motorbikes and anything relating to that stuff. A reputable garage manager snapped Tommy up and he never looked back. He was the go to guy. Seems most people have a talent if it can be found.
I work in Michigan as a mechanic , been a mechanic for many years ,I remember doing this in the 80s as a kid , I thought I would never see the joy of doing rebuilds by hand again ,thank you

Yes, if he put some aftermarket parts it should work with more load now then it was intended to be used when left factory. Same with some modern cars and parts, for example car batteries. We got a guy who restore them, he simply put thicker plates inside it and the battery survives twice the original time.
I may never do anything close to what was accomplished, but I have the upmost respect for the person’s accomplishments. Thank you for sharing so we all can at least have an insight of what is involved to repair and have a clue to the inner workings that we take for granted.
This is a functional restoration, made to sell the restored engine, with dignity and pride. So much different from these fake contemporary youtubers ones.

Excellent, I used to be an auto electrician 44 years ago in the UK but I would never repair a stator (static coil). It was to the stores for a new one. Well done and thank you.
I used to rebuild truck alternators as a young Truck mechanic, no or low output was faulty reg pack 9 out of 10 times, sometimes rectifier, new reg pack / rectifier clean out dust and commutator, sometimes new brush set and Alternator back to good again….saved garage a lot of cash over refurbed Alternators!

Молотком и плоскими обмотку гнуть!? а не че что там изоляция из лака, из-за малейшего механического воздействия оно отваливается и оголяется.
