Essentially, in 4/4, the hands play 16th notes, the feet play triplets (12 beats per bar). In 12/8 (as in this song), the hands 16th notes (12 snare hits per bar) whilst hte feet play a straight 4/4 pattern using the same metronome - so you get 24 hits on the hands and 16 hits on the feet. So for 12.8, play 16th notes on hte feet and hit the snare as the metronome. Double the snare speed you have a bomb blast. TRIPLE the speed and you have Krisiun.

You could see the scratch marks on the drum riser and a torn rug under the bass drum...The dude is a monster.
that's not a mark for anything thou gh. Depends how good it is fixed. I could go for a drive around town with my drums until i got a thick carpet, bassdrum stopper and stopnails in my basspedal. And I hit pretty hard but I am far from the hardest hitter so a real HH could probably take it for a highway drive

Hail Krisiun! One of a kind. They should last on and on as classic, a standard, and still killing it today. Max Kolesne is an extreme metal drumming pioneer.

Set the metronome to about 200 bpm to check for yourself I think it sounds great, very unique, and the timing is solid. If you want to say 32nd notes on kicks and 16th note triplets on snare, then just set the metronome to about 100bpm (doesn't really make a difference, I always pick the higher tempo and the lower subdivisions for death metal) very brutal, cheers!
