For an easier and lighter pizza, make some corrections: no sugar, less yeast (not measurable for this amount of flour, so half a teaspoon). And mix salt with water and 10% of flour. And then add the rest of the flour. That's all. No olive oil for the dough, only a wet towel. Olive oil is a topping. Then your pizza will be healthier as it was originally designed.
Looks great--gotta try this just with some plant-based cheese as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy. Thanks for sharing
