Thank you, boardzy. I know you dislike Ambi mice and users but as someone with a disabled right wrist I appreciate your review. You’re my go-to for mice and pad info. Cheers.

i absolutely agree! The reason the S2 is a deal breaker is because the mouse buttons are too high compared to the viper mini or the starlight 12, lower button heights really help me aim so much better
the adjustable sensor is not even close to being a gimmick. the sensor being higher or lower literally changes the game, the way you play and what shots you can and cant hit easily. I really want to try it out but not at 70-80 grams, they shouldve made it at most 60 grams. ill probably wait to see if they put this feature on a mouse thats lighter
hey boardzy im looking for good mousepad unlimited budget i play all types of games fornite csgo val apex you said hein is best so should i choose xsoft soft or mid
That would be an amazing mouse for different Osu gamemodes :o For example, DT vs HR aiming, I found myself doing HR maps easily with a centered sensor but when I change my grip to play DT it feels weird and, maybe this is able to fix it :D
What do you think of the s1-c? The s2 was too small for me, coundnt put my pinkie anywhere. I actually like the s1 way more than the xm1r, as they are similar sizes.

This adjustable sensor position is a gimmick. Your gonna set it and never change it again, in which most cases its going to be In the middle like every other mouse that's 20g less. I can see hot swap switches being useful but this one is gonna be a hard pass.
Well both this and hotswap switches are patented so happily the innovation is being gatekept! Also I agree it definitely is a gimmick but having your preferred sensor position>not
It would be cool if they used this to do some data gathering to find the most commonly chosen location for the sensor, then that can become the standard for future mice. Probably would never happen though as it wouldnt really be profitable from a business standpoint, but a man can hope.
Hotswapable switches soldering is a fucking pain in the ass DUUUUDE I fucking soldered some new switches on my Orochi V2, first desolder and solder job I've ever done and holy shit man, even when the Orochi V2 is probably one of the easiest mice to mod. so one thing i have noticed is that when i ride over the center of the mouse, (my middle palm over the center) my tracking seems better but when i ride lower and more to the back my snap is alot more precise, is that because of the sensor position ? oh what its my thumb not my palmm. brain is melted.
