You make a really good point here - Usman said Zara broke up with him because she couldn't handle his female fans. That makes it sound like Zara was unreasonable and jealous, but now we learn she had every right to be if his relationship with his "female fans" was like the one with Kim.
You can’t tell me everyone leaves him out of jealousy of his “female fans” he must be doing something more.

I was thinking the same thing, but she made a good point. He started talking to Zara 2 weeks after talking to her, fell in love with her, and he and Zara were clearly in a relationship since he keeps saying she broke up with him. That means while being in a committed relationship with Zara he was entertaining Kimberly and talking about her being a "potential". So now Kimberly is freaking out that he might cheat on her with other "potentials".
