I agree with the stuff on Espresso, and Cream Unicorn being so comically naive about Affogato when everyone keeps telling him he is cartoonishly malicious is so baffling, and then saying “uh I went reverse alphabetical” was just a stupid excuse to get Affogato to the finale. If they wanted him to get there, they could have possibly manipulated. Cream Unicorn to quit the game through some means, because it would push Affogato as a villain but also give the protagonists another reason to beat him. I hope they do a next season but with a bigger cast and longer duration episodes. So they can actually write the trials and reasonings of why the cookies are eliminated 😭
The think thatthe writers were planning on a finale with a serious rivalry between Affogato and Caramel Arrow and then there’s Cream Unicorn who will win because they’re too friendly, but the way to get rid of the others just wasn’t done right (just terribly written, like they had this very cool finale idea and almost forgot they had to eliminate the other cookies)

As much as it seems biased, this isn’t exactly BAD writing tbh. Strawberry crepe cookie lied about their age, that’s literally going against a law and if it were real could get legal action taken against them. The show had a good reason to kick them out because of it, plus, since a child is on their show they wouldn’t want to be legally taken action against since it can be somewhat related to child labor Chili Pepper cookie’s elimination was all on the contestant’s choice. they could’ve just asked the producer what happened, ask around, or believe in whatever someone said. why would the staff get associated when the show is literally a survival show and most of the choices are up to them? As much as it sucks, Rye Cookie never deserved to be eliminated but licorice DID use an immunity necklace. he was able to find it and use it on his own. If I had a necklace to save me from getting kicked out and Im on the brink of being kicked out, I sure as hell would use it. it’s just a shame that it was rye cookie of all characters Milky Way Cookie neglected her job and went on the show. she could’ve at least told the others on her plans and maybe they’d agree and cover for her, but it’s heavily implied that she didn’t say a single thing and went onto the show. If an important member of my team suddenly vanished and stopped coming to work, and i’m worried sick and it’s revealed they’re just chilling on a survival show without telling anyone. I’d be angry as hell. they had all the right to react that way. being embarrassed doesn’t cut the fact that she just left work with no notice. Espresso Cookie’s elimination is the only one I can agree is unfair. But, using luck to pick who survives when there’s a tie isn’t new at all. a ton of survival shows do that for both drama and anticipation. however, with what happened during the challenge, it’s clear that the cookie who’d win was clearly written out to be cream unicorn, so even if he did have his glasses I’d highly doubt he’d win and gain immunity. also, we’re not new to cream unicorn being too nice and naive, I don’t understand why some people are angry at them for picking espresso and making it a tie. it feels so obvious they’d do that. sorry for my little rant, it’s just something I wanted to say. you can agree or disagree with what I say but this is just my opinion. Milky way is at best a young adult with a young appearance, so it should be fine But there's another possibility if Milky way is indeed younger than 18/19, if Strawberry crepe just said their true age maybe they couldn't have been kicked out, and since Milky way didn't they didn't get kicked out. It's confusing but that's what I think. You're free to have your own thoughts though

I don't know if you watch many gameshows or anything that involves eliminating, but many, many, MAAAANNNYYYY tiebreakers in shows are luck based. This is because the two people are usually at a stalemate when it comes to skill or strategy. Luck is simply a good hook, and it builds suspense. While it is very unfair, luck based tiebreakers are common. Next bit of the text states Affogato could have looked inside. Espresso could too. At that point, it's gonna be who grabs it first. Even if Affogato did cheat, that's his character. He lies and cheats his way to victory. That's what he is doing in the show. Finally, the text states Espresso wasn't at fault for losing because Affogato stole his glasses. So?? The show is about winning whichever way possible, backstabbing or trickery are a few ways. Affogato is ABOUT TRICKS. TAKING THOSE GLASSES WERE SOO IN CHARACTER FOR HIM. I've seen some commenters say that the staff gave Espresso's glasses to him AFTER the game. I'd say this could be a tiny bit unfair however as I said, the game is about winning any way possible. They won't just baby everyone and be a softie and try to stop tricks, they'd let it happen. You might say "why did they give it to them back then???" well, I THINK, we don't see the glasses get handed to Espresso on-screen, meaning anyone could've found it, after the game. If it was an on-screen handoff, it's because this is a major disability to Espresso. While they allow the trick in a game, there is no need to limit Espresso's vision in a voting trial. SPECIAL MENTION!!!!!!!!!! Cream Unicorn 🌈 I see my boy getting SLANDERED in the comments, and I would like to reject the accusations of Cream Uni needing therapy for his 'toxic positivity" with two words: Comedic Relief. AGAIN, this show is partially for laughs. Cream Uni brings the laughs. Cream Unicorn is supposed to be a bit unfitting for the situation. One of the first jokes from the script is Cream Uni voting based off alphabetical order, which is supposed to be funny in a serious situation like voting off a cookie. It is hard to land the same exact joke twice, so a little fun twist on a joke can get a laugh or two. Y’all don’t understand that a lot of these twists are actually a part of the show this series is based off of which is SURVIVOR. The Rye cookie elimination is an example of someone getting idoled out. The espresso elimination is supposed to be someone getting rocked out. I will agree that I hate all the self eliminations and the unanimous votes. We haven’t had a single split vote and that’s what makes this unrealistic because cookies will obviously not all collectively agree on everything.
Predictions: Carmel arrow will be gone next through some sort of trickery, leaving the finale with cream uni and affogato. Then because of the winner being decided by the council of the fallen competitors, affogato cookie would forget this and cream uni will win.
If I would have been the game show host, I would make the tie breaker something maybe a bit similar to the third episode’s minigame, but not a random chance game! Why did they do this?

I was really excited for this series because it had two of my favourite cookies in there (licorice and espresso), I was sad when licorice was eliminated, but I thought, hey, espresso is still there, so it’ll be fine…. After the long wait for the most recent episode, I was furious abt what happened to espresso’s glasses, I was crossing my fingers tightly during the votes and simply closed youtube with a sigh when he was unfairly eliminated. I don’t plan on watching the rest of the series tbh, because affogato will probably win, or get a plot twist with cream unicorn or something..

I agree with the stuff on Espresso, and Cream Unicorn being so comically naive about Affogato when everyone keeps telling him he is cartoonishly malicious is so baffling, and then saying “uh I went reverse alphabetical” was just a stupid excuse to get Affogato to the finale. If they wanted him to get there, they could have possibly manipulated. Cream Unicorn to quit the game through some means, because it would push Affogato as a villain but also give the protagonists another reason to beat him. Idk I’m probably just still salty over my favorite cookie being eliminated lol

The think thatthe writers were planning on a finale with a serious rivalry between Affogato and Caramel Arrow and then there’s Cream Unicorn who will win because they’re too friendly, but the way to get rid of the others just wasn’t done right (just terribly written, like they had this very cool finale idea and almost forgot they had to eliminate the other cookies)

Chili Pepper cookie’s elimination was all on the contestant’s choice. they could’ve just asked the producer what happened, ask around, or believe in whatever someone said. why would the staff get associated when the show is literally a survival show and most of the choices are up to them?
As much as it sucks, Rye Cookie never deserved to be eliminated but licorice DID use an immunity necklace. he was able to find it and use it on his own. If I had a necklace to save me from getting kicked out and Im on the brink of being kicked out, I sure as hell would use it. it’s just a shame that it was rye cookie of all characters
Milky Way Cookie neglected her job and went on the show. she could’ve at least told the others on her plans and maybe they’d agree and cover for her, but it’s heavily implied that she didn’t say a single thing and went onto the show. If an important member of my team suddenly vanished and stopped coming to work, and i’m worried sick and it’s revealed they’re just chilling on a survival show without telling anyone. I’d be angry as hell. they had all the right to react that way. being embarrassed doesn’t cut the fact that she just left work with no notice.
Espresso Cookie’s elimination is the only one I can agree is unfair. But, using luck to pick who survives when there’s a tie isn’t new at all. a ton of survival shows do that for both drama and anticipation. however, with what happened during the challenge, it’s clear that the cookie who’d win was clearly written out to be cream unicorn, so even if he did have his glasses I’d highly doubt he’d win and gain immunity. also, we’re not new to cream unicorn being too nice and naive, I don’t understand why some people are angry at them for picking espresso and making it a tie. it feels so obvious they’d do that.
sorry for my little rant, it’s just something I wanted to say. you can agree or disagree with what I say but this is just my opinion. I do agree that the writing is a bit rushed in some parts but I just took inspiration from real survival shows for my knowledge.

Most depictions of her as a child are headcanons. Milky Way has a job and drives a vehicle, quite the big one at that, so her being a child is most likely not the case. The second possible reason is that Milky Way got away with it with SC was found out.

Chilly Pepper's entry in this video has text that basically says Affogato lied to get her out. That's the point, the elimination is supposed to be unfair. Affogato's character is rooted in lies and deceptions, even his lore revolves around trickery and betrayal. The point is that the elimination is unfair, thus painting Affogato as the villain and threat that he is. I saw a comment stating that the team didn't check if she stole the rations and that nobody saw them missing. Affogato stole the rations and planted them in Chilly's bunk when everyone was not paying attention, that's the point. Even if the staff DID see, and be the only ones to see, they would not intervene. In the replies, the creator states that "it was strange the staff had never suspected", which is frankly dumb because why would they interfere with their show? The show is about betrayals and alliances, the point is to be the last standing, not the best citizen.

The entry here states that the tiebreaker is based on luck, affogato can cheat, and that it's not espresso's fault he lost. Let's unpack this! I don't know if you watch many gameshows or anything that involves eliminating, but many, many, MAAAANNNYYYY tiebreakers in shows are luck based. This is because the two people are usually at a stalemate when it comes to skill or strategy. Luck is simply a good hook, and it builds suspense. While it is very unfair, luck based tiebreakers are common. Next bit of the text states Affogato could have looked inside. Espresso could too. At that point, it's gonna be who grabs it first. Even if Affogato did cheat, that's his character. He lies and cheats his way to victory. That's what he is doing in the show. Finally, the text states Espresso wasn't at fault for losing because Affogato stole his glasses. So?? The show is about winning whichever way possible, backstabbing or trickery are a few ways. Affogato is ABOUT TRICKS. TAKING THOSE GLASSES WERE SOO IN CHARACTER FOR HIM. I've seen some commenters say that the staff gave Espresso's glasses to him AFTER the game. I'd say this could be a tiny bit unfair however as I said, the game is about winning any way possible. They won't just baby everyone and be a softie and try to stop tricks, they'd let it happen. You might say "why did they give it to them back then???" well, I THINK, we don't see the glasses get handed to Espresso on-screen, meaning anyone could've found it, after the game. If it was an on-screen handoff, it's because this is a major disability to Espresso. While they allow the trick in a game, there is no need to limit Espresso's vision in a voting trial.

I see my boy getting SLANDERED in the comments, and I would like to reject the accusations of Cream Uni needing therapy for his 'toxic positivity" with two words: Comedic Relief. AGAIN, this show is partially for laughs. Cream Uni brings the laughs. Cream Unicorn is supposed to be a bit unfitting for the situation. One of the first jokes from the script is Cream Uni voting based off alphabetical order, which is supposed to be funny in a serious situation like voting off a cookie. Instead of doing it twice, the writers decided to fool any audience members who predicted Cream Uni's vote by pulling the 'reverse alphabetical order' joke. It is hard to land the same exact joke twice, so a little fun twist on a joke can get a laugh or two. BASICALLY, Cream Uni isn't toxic, just funny!

Y’all don’t understand that a lot of these twists are actually a part of the show this series is based off of which is SURVIVOR. The Rye cookie elimination is an example of someone getting idoled out. The espresso elimination is supposed to be someone getting rocked out. I will agree that I hate all the self eliminations and the unanimous votes. We haven’t had a single split vote and that’s what makes this unrealistic because cookies will obviously not all collectively agree on everything.

I was really excited for this series because it had two of my favourite cookies in there (licorice and espresso), I was sad when licorice was eliminated, but I thought, hey, espresso is still there, so it’ll be fine…. After the long wait for the most recent episode, I was furious abt what happened to espresso’s glasses, I was crossing my fingers tightly during the votes and simply closed youtube with a sigh when he was unfairly eliminated. I don’t plan on watching the rest of the series tbh, because affogato will probably win, or get a plot twist with cream unicorn or something..

But some of these eliminations are badly reasoned or badly portrayed:
- Tea Knight getting out when he was the smart one.
- Rye cookie getting out because she was “looking at licorice funny” which is bs on licorice’s part.
- Espresso Cookie being at risk at being out because Cream Unicorn chose in reverse alphabetical order (I know they lived in an abandoned amusement park but seriously?!) and then losing the very unfair luck based cheatable tiebreaker

Not all of them were unfair. For example, Madeleine was a moron who needs to learn to LISTEN to his teammates. That’s why his stupid blonde hair got messed up. Licorice had what was coming to him as well, everyone wanted him gone understandably.
