Add addiction to your mod. If you consume a lot of opium or maybe something else, you will get addicted to it and have to use it every 20 minutes or something or you will start taking damage from not having it. you could stop the addiction but it would be hard (you'd go through withdraws)
immaculate kunk is honestly really easy to get if you know how. the super compressed cobble is difficult because it takes an eternity to collect enough cobble for it
