Search & Locate - Pinpoint Item Level Tracking Using CS Smart Antennas

OVERVIEW: This demo highlights pinpoint location accuracy using standard RAIN RFID (Passive UHF) tags from a single overhead CS-445B Smart Antenna. With a consistence stream of tag reads down to 1-2 ft 2D location, the RF Controls' system delivers on true Passive RTLS RFID performance required for commercial deployments. Simply studying the standard deviation between all individual tag hits (reads) and the item location in physical space, and its easy to see why the CS-445B Smart Antenna provides the fastest scan speeds, longest read distance and greatest location accuracy on the market today.
DESCRIPTION: The Antenna is tracking a single tagged box while continuing to monitor all other tagged boxes in the space as the user interrogates unique tags on the computer screen.

INSTALLATION HEIGHT: The suggested max installation height for the CS-445B Smart Antenna is 30 because of a max read distance of up to 45 feet. The larger CS-490 has a longer 90 ft max read distance making it suitable for up to 50 foot ceilings.
