I did a video on it this spring on my channel. I was going threw a set every year and I decided to try 14 ply. The are definitely worth the money. They are holding up and wearing alot better.
@@jeremycherny2041 mine were cheaper, brother gets the old ones from where he works. Lol. If they blow a dual, they change the other tire too, so he brings those ones home cause they just throw them away.
We always used our backhoe to load our bales (faster hydraulics back then...not sure anymore). And with my trailer, I just attached the pipes to a square tube that I put right into the stake pocket thing..weight of the racks holds them in place
Freaking sucks when you have a little fire like that! Had a couple over the years.. brake on an articulated and the aspirator tube on the 5288.. made a mess of the air cleaner and turbo... Luckily neither was too bad..
So strange how tires will blow like that. I can honestly say I drove trucks/tractor trailers with the railway for over 25 years never had a blow out. Heavy weights like gross 60,000 lbs payload on trailers with tandems on trailers. Guess I was lucky.
At one point 2 years ago we were going through 20 a day...before we sold the calves...that was like 400 head with everything..after selling we dropped to about 7 a day
By my calculation, carrying 14 bales of hay each time ,you made 214 trips. How long did that take you? Sorry about the tractor. Enjoyed the video thanks.
Ya we had a case international 1896 which I’m pretty sure is one size smaller than yours and that reverse sound brings back memories lol. It was actually a good tractor for us. And yes that reverse sound like that is a case power shift thing, they all do that, even the big 4wd ones.
@@Northern_Farmer the fact that you said that it’s knocking doesn’t give me good vibes😖a buddy of mine bought a Steiger CA-360 (rare tractor, it’s an industrial,) waited an entire month for it to get to Missouri from Oregon, only for the ring and pinion to crap out after only a few hours of work
That's a smart solution to widen a trailer.
Thanks
Wow, no jumping on 2094, that's a smooth transmission for one of those. No small achievement!
Yes indeed
@@freebooter247 I remember saying that to myself while typing!! Were the red ones 96 and the magpies 94?

WOW lots of Bales. Looking forward to seeing more videos. Take care 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
When we did rounds, we had pieces at the ends of the trailer that were in the stake pockets and held with straps...
Lots and lots of hay!
3000 bales
Really cold winter coming up
@@jamesyachyshen7116 think so?
Don’t just love when the best looking tire blows out? Happened to my truck this spring and my flatbed gooseneck last week
Sorry about the 210- Hopefully it will be fixed soon!!
Me to...still waiting on insurance
🤬Tires!!! Lol. Had to replace a couple on my hay hiboy too. Didn’t look bad but wouldn’t hold air. Damn rocks made some small holes. Gravel road fun.
I did 2 on my hay hiboy trailer as well. Just got take off. Lots of tread left. $390

Bale rack looks good 👍

Need a Morris hay hiker or the one high line makes lol

Yea it wasn't much but did enough
@@Northern_Farmer definitely enough to l someone else do it 👍
So you your shorts turned brown after the tire blew. Lol. Glad no more blew and you did not have a crash.
Haha
Man a pair of those bale accumulators on yer balers would sure speed things up, Sonne Farms really like theirs
Yea they probably would
Can gather a lot of bales while your already there for a $10.000 baler option

Good day Boy u can be lucky it wasn't worse with 210.
How many loader tractor have u got? Never heard about 1070. Thanks

I'm so tired of replacing tires I should buy stock in good/year.
Lol I bought all new ones for this trailer last year
No wonder Shaun seemed to be in a bad mood at the beginning of the video. His poor MX210. What's he gonna pull you out of the mud with?
2594
Hope you trade that 210 on a nice green 7410. Bullit proof tractor. You ll never go back. If it’s red keep it in the shed
If it's green it will hurt your spleen!!
You cannot be hauling hay yet there's no snow on the ground yet. : )

@@Northern_Farmer just teasing ya . Haha but every farmer always says that. Haha
The 210 broke down at Nick's?

Ty the 210 out and the others are not so good , get a JD 655 or case 785 .
Why are the others not so good leo?
Hey Tyson, Have you not needed the white 2090 case or does it have a problem or something?
It's needing to be split....if I have garage space maybe tackle it
I missed what's wrong with the mx210.
It caught fire
Suspention/trunnion moving freely on that trailer? Too much load onto the tire?
Original tires lol...over 10 years old...no tread left on them. I bought all new tires
