- We recently made a trip to Wyoming's Bighorn Mountains in search of early summer wildflowers. Not only did we find wildflowers aplenty, but we also had some amazing wildlife sightings!

Thank you for the lovely pics! It is so nice that folks like you take notice of them. I only recognized a few: purple shooting stars, little white phlox, maybe a type of goldenrod (grass-leaf?) and dandelions - of course. I got out my butterfly I.d. book - I think the neat little brown one with the orange spots is called a Common Alpine. Certainly NOT common in a beauty sense.
The flowers are just beautiful. Maybe, you could identify them for us and put it on the screen. Thanks for sharing.
We will have to start doing that again. I was doing that for a while, but for some reason must have forgotten that habit!
