If you are talking about the ultimate move it’s kinda a double edged sword it does a ton of damage for me it does 500 damage but the gimmick is it only does 500 if I’m low hp and if I’m full it does 250 damage which is half of the low hp damage

Another easier and WAYY faster method to farm ken haki, is monkey island. Aggro a bunch, then go to the land across from them. They'll throw bananas nonstop one after the other, I got ken in like 5-10 minutes
