1. You can't use a blowtorch to open doors in stealth cause it will raise the alarm when it gets seen. However, that's different in loud, and using a blowtorch is more efficient. 2. If you have precision drilling, you can drill the doors open but, they can be opened and closed again a bit like a door that has been picklocked. However, npcs can still notice that the lock is broken if its left open, they interact with it or if YOU interact with it.
