I see there are no batteries nor ac power going to the pump. My concern as an individual that has a well for the last 20 years. You and everyone else that has a well, very well known that the pump will activate at night time. What's the plan for this? How does it get power? (I only see what you showed)
hi Ian, I have a 5HP 240v well pump. It is on the borderline of starting on my solark15k without anything else, curious what you think would help in my situation. I have a 16k generac generator too and am curious if I put the generator on the gen input whether this would give me enough juice in that scenario. uses 23a continuous @ 240v but will surge to 87a minimum for 1-2 seconds.
Nice! I didnt know you could do that wo batteries. My problem is im down 400' with a 2horse 220 pump and to run it from the house is like 12kw system lust the soft start for the pump another 300 bucks. Are you running into a pressure tank and switch at the house?

We run into a tank with a level sensor which turns off the controller. Otherwise the sensor could be a pressure switch
