Did any communication occur between church members and Felicia? Were there discussions between Felicia, church members, and Goff regarding the horrific incident? Did the WP try and speak with church members, perhaps keeping identities hidden, to unearth the fear, anger, confusion? I assume the WP tried to speak with Goff. It seems, and this is only a guess because the info is not provided, that the church members are either angry with Felicia or resentful of Felicia for surviving, but we don't know why. And the new pastor just hemmed and hawed about being careful with words without really explaining anything. And now the doors of communication seem to be closing. Again, this story is not fully fleshed out, so we don't know what took place after the massacre. It seems that open communication among the church members, pastors, and survivors needs to happen for real healing to begin.

I believe I Woulden't like some photographer/ news reporter comming into my church, taking pictures. Outside is ok, but why interrupt worship in session? Unless you thought it would benefit you somehow? Perhaps you needed more attention, ok I understand, Maybe some anger venting, ok I understand. Motives need clarification for you to heal. Everyone was in shock, what more could be done?

No one said it was during services. There are many, many hours in the week in which the average church is not specifically in use.
