One of the things i miss the most in DMC4 that was in DMC3 was just the amazing variety of awesome melee Devil Arms, along with the fact that Devil Trigger had different skins depending on wether you were using Rebellion, Cerberus, A&R, Beowulf or Nevan. I loved those designs :/
Extra edgy vampire look? His DMC 1 outfit looks a whole lot like how Dracula and vampires of that type used to look. The edgiest and most emo he’s looked in a main game is 3.
@@ErectusEnormous No why? People make it like it's garbage. It's not, I've played worse games than DMC 2. Sure, it's not the best entry, but still a good game nonetheless. It just shows it was a rushed production to back up the hype around the first game, even the first game had DMC 2 advertised in the booklet, because they knew they made a hit. It has flaws, many. But it's not a bad game, I still like it a lot and it has a sentimental value to me.
@@Casketkrusher_ yeah sorry but in terms of gameplay it feels so sluggish, very clunky, combos look and feel slow and like shit, most of the enemies are absolute garbage, the only fun enemy are the goat ones but they attack constantly leaving almost no opportunity to launch and attack, it's just really slow honestly, oh yeah and bosses like bruh most of them are so mediocre and boring it's annoying it fight them honestly, as a game, it's mediocre but at times I think the worst part about it is how boring it can be, keep in mind I'm doing a dmd playthrough and im gonna s rank the game, literally all it needs is more speed

why does Dante look much taller in the DMC 2 costume?? I used to think that the model of Dante in DMC 2 was made to be tall but it's the costume itself that makes him sleeker and this look taller.. cause even the DMC 4 Dante model looks taller in that costume

However, if performed right before the attack hits, Dante will absorb the damage, this technique is called "Perfect Guard", What you proberbly wonder is how Donguri is albe to re direct the damage back to his opponent. If you press the Style Button and Forward, Dante is gonna perform his Parry, however, the Player has to time it right(just like he/she has to with Perfect Guard), if done correctly, all damage will be given back to the opponent, also, if the Player activated DT(Devil Trigger) at the right time, the damage will be multiplied(somewhere about 4.0x).
No, the DMC1 mod replaces just the costume, at least the one I got, so I only have DMC1 Dante with Rebellion, I believe the weapons ( Alastor etc ) come from a separate mod.
Hey I have a request, can you showoff. By now you already know you are the best there ever is. So how about showing it off. So here its how I request it to be, take it slow like let the enemy come to you while you just stand there taunting him and then in a second finish him off with the fastest attack you know than come back to the same place. Its like "You shouldn't have disturbed me". I know its stupid but yes it would be cool to see. And oh! if i haven't mentioned it before, YOU ARE THE BEST THERE IS.
If these were DLC costumes on console, and they also changed the devil trigger to the correct ones for every costume as well, I would have bought the shit out of them.
Played 2 again for the first time since 2011 according to my system settings and I'm glad I did. Much easier controls, enemies die reasonably quick but with effort, and I used both the guns and swords as needed to kill off demons. The devil trigger rips demons apart and the desperate devil trigger gives you METEORS to blast out of your hands LOL!
DMC2 Dante looks so freaking badaaassss, for me it`s a tie with his dmc4 look.

Dmc 2 sucked but had the strongest version of dante and coolest costume. Dmc 3 had the coolest dante. Dmc 1 and 4 dantes was ok.

You should try the laser attack when you are in desperate devil trigger,it MELTS bosses much less regular enemies.
Spam meteors till you're almost out of devil trigger. Then use the laser attack. Maximise the broken damage output.
