Black's Law Dictionary has many of these proper definitions. Tort law is our tool. If everyone went after their town council in civil court within the same time frame... this would all stop.
It all sounds good, and I’ve been hearing about this for years now. However I’ve yet to see it all hold up in court. I wish it would because personally, I’m tired of living like a slave. I would immediately exit “slavery” TOMORROW if all of these notions could be implemented today. Would love to hear more on this issue.

@@stratcaptain66 I totally hear you. I've had a helluva time just trying to explain that mandates aren't law to our fellows... they just don't get it! And that's the problem because I think it would take a landslide of us across North America and the rest of the west to bugger up the civil courts all at once. If a handful of people in each township did this I think it would have a strong effect. Put the fear of being bled dry into our town council leaders (starting at ground level is important)... on mass! Along with supporting each other with the know how, and physically at the hearings.

The law is much more simple than that: it is whatever the much stronger party says it is. 1000 people pulling together become a much stronger party than one person times a thousand.

You're right. But the only reason they do not fear using force on you is because nobody resists. If they tried and some of them were found in a wood chipper I guarantee that they will think twice before harming their own citizenry. This was explained in the gulag archipelago and the science of arrest. The police will not come bother you if they fear the people will organize and tear them to pieces. Cowardice and a refusal to defend oneself and defend truth is why this continues. It's a badge of honor to die defending your freedom or the freedom of others. If you are unwilling to die for your freedom you must be in love with your enslavement. Even if this love is temporary we all need to eventually and individually stand up for our right to be free on our own terms and start exposing and refusing the greatest threat to all of us which is unaccountable mafia posing as lawful government. I believe if people understood the extent of the lies then there is no question what the right thing to do is. Obedience to lies leads to self destruction and very few people are into that if enough light is shed on the issue.

Very interesting guest. The two things which struck me most were the "sign where I put the X" with the actual X being the second signature on the contract, and the section relating to childbirth.
They ALWAYS put the X on documents which I (and probably many others) thought was just to show you clearly where to sign.
Another thing which was mentioned elsewhere is that whenever Powell, Biden, Judges etc. are speaking the US flag behind them always has a fringed gold surround. Apparently this is to signify that they are "operating under" maritime law?
That's all irrelevant when you are dealing with the iron law. Think way more primal: who has the guns and the people willing to use them? The law is whatever they say it is.

Just so its known, DUNS is a U.S. creation; not sure if its a company anymore but it was a requirement for anyone wanting to establish a small business. Back when! This was great information to learn; I don't think most people realize just how much they are controlled.
So, Pete was talking about being summoned to court...and right in the middle of it, when it got really interesting Maneco interrupted him talking about one of his books. That was disappointing. That actually happened in this interview a few times.

The easiest way to see that nothing in this existence is real in the truest sense of the word. Is because nothing in this existence actually lasts. Everything either dies, disappears, or gets broken in some way. Now, for something to be correctly classed as real it cannot have either a beginning, or an end. It must be seen to be 'beyond time' or 'eternal' in other words. Just as I (the being) now writing these word am.

Has this guest successfully (meaning not subsequently been arrested, convicted etc) declared himself sovereign and exempt from things like income tax, national insurance, road tax, car insurance, council tax etc, or is it all just a theory?

The contract the U.S. citizens sign is the form to get a SSN...FICA has the word contribution in it...the legal definition of contribution is that once you sign up to contribute you are no longer allowed to stop contributing...it starts in Art3.sect2, of the U.S. constitution, The word Law in the constitution means common law. That being said, Art 3., Sect 2., list 4 legal jurisdictions: Law, Equity, Admiralty and Maritime. Which one am I in? I am still only hearing crickets..
The Admiralty Pirates law of the Sea think their Corporate Law Trumps the U.S. Constitution law of land.😂 Know your Rights.

I'd like to listen to a video on the creation of money and where money is within the financial system.
If I'm correct, a human being, represented by their Strawman, creates money from thin air using a promissory note. Interest produces new money and the money is removed as a financial entry upon completion of the loan. Presumably, a loan to a non-human requires the money to already exist.

At 17:07, he talks about police questioning you, "Are you the driver of this vehicle?...." I live in Texas, USA and we drive fast here. I gotten my fair share of speeding tickets and I exceeded the speed limit every time. Never has a Police Office asked if I was the driver? Never heard on a UA-cam video an officer asking that.

Maritime Admiralty Law. We here in the United States have consented by taking a Social Security number and birth certificate. We are corporate “persons” instead of free inhabitants. Both of these contracts (ssn and birth certificates) were foisted upon us under constructive fraud since the details of the contracts weren’t written out. We can free ourselves from these if we truly want to be free inhabitants which the Articles of Confederation states that we are. Which is a contract legalese is a completely different language than the plain English we use every day. Black’s Law dictionary 4th edition or before are the best. Current editions have been corrupted. This guy is spot on. I’ve studied this for the last 20 years.
When fraud enters, it kills everything without time limit. The penalty is up to 10 years in prison; in the corporation UK. The birth certificate flimflam was done by means of state trickery; clandestinely. But that violates the principle of 'informed consent' on the deemed contract. You have the right to terminate it. The contract is null and void.
