A: Yes! I have no problem with you selling things you make from my videos as long as you are not claiming you designed it or trying to sell the written pattern/instructions.
Q: what needle do you use?
A: I use the brand hemline, they are called hand beading needles and I use size 12 most often

Instead of using round seed beads could Miyuki Delicas be used?

Yes, this stitch works well with delicas but the finished shape may not be quite so rounded
