You talk about all this stuff and how good it is and how this and that. Well take it out of the boxes and let us see it. A lot of people won't get stuff unless they see what it looks like and how small, how long or short. I do have 4 of the bags. And I have to say, They are well made.
I have a British tactical 18 molle across web belt with fireforce butt pack , 6 British tactical utility pouches and 5.11 H harness. Smaller pouches attached.. You need to tier your gear so when you take off your backpack you have more important gear on you. The web belt also takes weight off your back and onto your hips improving mobility.. Mobility, tiered setup... with bug out bag you either have it all on you or nothing... I use the backpack for additional food and water.. and extending my capabilities... if I have to ditch it because I must become more mobile and run I am ready to do so...
Firstly you talk about how great Zippos are and how they last virtually forever however you conveniently forget to mention the fact set the lighter fluid contained within the Zippo does not last forever. And also I really would not trust any paracord bracelet that also has a firesteel in the buckle and especially not the compass on one of those.

Good idea to side load your gear, always have some gear with you
Add links to all the gear used! It would be excellent help to all of us!
Agreed! We will make sure to do that moving forward, and update this description in a few days and link to all the gear!
What is the total weight of your kit?
SERE specialists don't carry axes or hatchets. lol

@survivalgearbso In regards to the Paracord bracelet yes. However, I don't hear you denying my point in regards to to the zippo.
@ That was a general response to all of your comments.
@survivalgearbso excluding these two I made only one.
