Absolutely the best of the best in this one ... punchy, raunchy guitar by Mick Ralphs and spot on amazing vocals by Paul Rodgers. Incredibly pushed by the Bass and Drums... What a sound !
Well said. Every member of this band is a top notch player. Simon Kirk was with Paul back in The Free -- I was fortunate enough to see them opening for Jeff Beck -- I had front row seats. Paul Rogers blew my mind.

@@lindabergman3127 best part is when I met him on the beach, the next day, I told him all about driving all night to see him, (after he said he liked my classic convertible). I was saying how I wished they would have played west of the Mississippi and not just east. Leaving town on that day to return to my hometown, near New Orleans, Paul came on the local live radio explaining there was a new date that wasn't on the the tour, Mean Business TShirt. They set up a new date he said. The new date was in my hometown New Orleans for the (1986) "unscheduled" concert for the Firm. He mentioned it was for his "new special friend." Omg! Yes, I went and once again dispute the odds, I met him again, while walking on Bourbon street the next day, after the show. That's when I got his autograph. That's all super amazing for any artists to do for a fan and it's all really true. Paul is the nicest rockstar, ever. 40 years later it still tickles me.
And I told Paul just that, as he knew Bad Company was in the very act of TRYING to replace him at that very moment, in time. No REPLACING that voice ever. Forget it. They should have known that too. Maybe Sammy Hagar could pull it off, but not really.
Seriously groovy shit man!! They know what's up !! They have a thunderous sound with drums. Cool licks with lead. Bitchin rythem, the whole fucking thi g just has rock star top shelf all over it man !!!
Paul mastered singing bendability of melodic note acrobatics and has my vote as the best rock singer in music and Ralphs for Rhythm Guitar Best and Style

+riversidepete 61 I was wondering about that. Good thing Ralphs was taping everything. Ralphs is massively underrated. Conflicts between Rodgers and Ralphs were inevitable.
Paul Rodgers is in a category all by himself. He has the voice, the good looks, the passion, and he keeps getting better every year. Love this man!

Yes his voice is incredible ❤
Great rock and roll singer and all their songs are so good
I love the sound of this live recording I don't know if it's purely raw, but it's raw enough for me
That was rockin'!
Paul is 'The voice!' . Acknowledged by his piers as having one of the greatest rock voices!
Paul Rodgers is one of a kind.....Much like JIMI....There will never be anyone like him again.....Rock yor head off
Awesome mix pulled from the board by someone who had ‘access.’ Thanks, this ain’t no bootleg.
This is one of Micks’ recordings I believe
nice version! Never heard it live like this. One of my favorite songs by Bad Co.
Probably one of the more physically taxing songs in their catalog - even for a dynamo like Paul. This live cut is indeed a rare find
