(I've outgrown that phase) and says that "If I only eat for other people I shouldn't eat at all!" He also doesn't seem to understand why I dislike any type of bean (pinto, green, any type except refried, but that has to be in small amounts, spread thinly on a taco) because of the texture (I canNOT eat foods with specific textures) and he says "Well you'll just die if there's an apocalypse!" And it's like dude I'm a stick of a 16 year old and I can barely do 3 pushups I think I'm dying Loooong before we have to worry about food 😭

I really love anything simple that makes life more fun, like fun shaped food. Even as an adult its nice to make things more fun in little ways like that.
I love that you do this I struggled a lot with trying foods and I hate a lot of meats so it’s nice to see a mom understand that not liking food and being ungrateful are to different things and the more you force it on someone the more likely they are to dislike it or just pretend to like it
