    If I ever get married to the right man, I think me and my husband should be 100/00. I’m a Monday born❤️🙏🏽I’m still building in Asebu Ghana and Shai hills ghana. My favorite is mangos, watermelon, grapes and papaya, Tabitha Brown and her husband said they do 100/100! Marriage is one, 100/100 take care of each other❤

    I will also advice Aiyana to quickly get Kofi US Citizenship or permanent residence so you can both go and work for about a year or two and and bring back your dollars to Ghana. This will push far down the road bcos that way you will be able to build your personal house and also set up a business. You can always go back and forth until you are comfortable enough financially. I'm praying for your success. Cheers!!!

    Marriage is about selflessness. I mean, I am not married but if I was married, I don't think I would even be aware of my percentage of contribution compared to my partner. Let's just do our traditional roles. Finish. We can help each other out in our respective traditional roles when necessary and it's fine

    Thank for sharing. I need nature areas to be nearby, so Accra will be a place to visit while I live in nature. 😉

      Absolutely!!! We love nature too! Unfortunately, Accra is just for business.

    Post more videos in order to get more views and likes. Try record most of the things you do like cooking, inuendos, shenanigans, pranks, special outings and even try to interview other people. This will give you more content. You ve got to create more content then ensure to monetize it so you can make some money on UA-cam.

    I don’t believe in 50/50. I have always been provided for in a relationship except my current relationship at this point. My husband wants to be the sole provider and I shall let him but I will continue to work and be his help maté when that time comes.

      @@westafricanbackpackers I agree and you should be okay with your partner wanting to provide for his family. Learn to be there when he needs your help.

    I can't quite say it's 50/50 for me and my wife. We approach it from the amount of discretional money angle. We share the bills with the intention for each to have enough discretional that each is comfortable with. 50/50 could make one party feel like they only work to be bills, especially if the mame relatively less, in our opinion. .

    • @westafricanbackpackers
      @westafricanbackpackers  Рік тому

      Great approach and I agree! In our opinion, “50/50” in a marriage should not only be monetary. Though money is an important factor it’s soooo much more!
      Thanks for your comment!

    50/50 is for roommates. Why most people don't get this, I don't understand. .

    • @westafricanbackpackers
      @westafricanbackpackers  Рік тому +1

      Okay. I guess you just think 50/50 is monetary too. But it’s YOUR opinion and you decide what’s best for YOUR marriage 😊 you should actually watch the video lol

    • @LadyDn1
      @LadyDn1 Рік тому

      @@westafricanbackpackers 50/50 has nothing to do with monetary, 50/50 doesn't have anything to do with marriage, or a relationship. As a married couple, you should know that. I did watch the video, you shouldn't be this touchy about a subject you're talking about, if you don't know what 50/50 represents. A man is the head of the home, and should always try to be the Man in the relationship,..... That says, financially, is it OK for a woman to earn more, of course, and as you said, I have my own opinion, what suits you, doesn't suit everyone else.

    Marriage is a partnership and all this measurement of responsibilities should not be like a game of tic tak toe 3 in the row concept. People need to stay out of other folks business.

    My brother if I understood you well, your wife wanted to live Ghana half of the year and the US half of the year.
    My brother it's your choice but to me, I wouldn't have agreed.
    As a wife, you'll leave your father's house and go to that of your husband. Period.

    • @westafricanbackpackers
      @westafricanbackpackers  Рік тому

      Hi! Please this is not what the video is about. But please rest assured that my husband is the leader of the house 🙏🏽 otherwise I probably would not live in Ghana at all. (Without him)
