Beautiful country! I really enjoy these vlogs. Nothing like traveling and making discoveries on the back roads! Thanks for taking us along!
I have been thru there and it is a nice historical little town. I hope they restore those old buildings in the future. Thanks for sharing!
Mike and I are really loving these backroad videos. I think you really had a great idea in doing these.
I've been to Jamestown Tn. I was there several yrs ago. My cousin married a girl from that area and I helped decorate for the wedding. I live in Jamestown Al. We have old general store directly across from my place. It has an old Post Office in it also. The store is closed and so is the old Post Office. So glad to see that in Rugby Tn. Will and Dawn great vlog!!
Thanks for sharing!!
We sit down to dinner and both wonder if you have posted a new vid. Thanks again for your precious content. ❤
Another great back road adventure. That general store was amazing. That town of Rugby looked like a really neat place. We will have to visit it sometime. The waterfall was beautiful. I really enjoy and love these back road adventures and seeing these small towns. I love small towns. Thanks for bring these to us. Keep these back road adventures coming.
Great! Especially that water fall and the old general store.
Thanks for another backroad adventure.
Will and Dawn, really enjoyed your vlog! Thank you for taking me along with you on your little adventures on the backroads of Tennessee! Love seeing old buildings and towns! Absolutely beautiful waterfall and scenery! Love y'all and thank you for all y'all do for those of us that will never be able to come and see Tennessee for ourselves!❤️❤️

Thank you for the memories I love that trip though there special of the waterfall. We love going to rugby would spend my husband's birthday over there for many years.
What wonderful little towns in today's video!! Love them!! Thanks for sharing. God bless.
Love your videos. R.M Brooks store is famous for Tiffany's bologna sandwich. People visit from all over USA for the bologna sandwich. They also have great milk shakes. The waterfall was beautiful. Looking forward to your future adventures.
Tiffany the owner is the owner of RM. Brooks Store. You should check out John Ward videos of it. His channel is The Appalachia Channel. Great videos. Her grandmother ran the post office in her store.
It's amazing how much history is in the old towns and on the back roads of Tennessee and the beauty. You don't have to visit the big tourists towns to enjoy yourself just take the back roads and slow down and enjoy your life
Thank you Will & Dawn, another great Back Roads tour.
Glad you enjoyed it
I really liked this video. My sister lives in Jamestown, Tennessee. Very interesting!
Glad you enjoyed it!
My Wife and I are loving these back road videos, they are awesome.
By the way you will like the movie October Sky, it is based on a true story that took place in the fifties and the impact on 3 teenagers and space travel. By the way since you are in Jamestown (Jim Town) it's a short drive to Pall Mall and Sgt York museum.
I have been to Rugby several times. There is so much history there. You will have to come back and visit when they are open and do tours. The church is actually still used every Sunday. Across the street from this town are new houses that were built on the same order. Look up the history of Rugby Tn. English Colony. It is very interesting. You can tour the house, school, store and all the buildings there and spend the night there in one of the cottages if they are available. Be sure to go back I know you will be glad if you do.
love these wandering videos.
Glad you like them!
So enjoy the back road trips.Thanks.
Beautiful scenery ❤️

This was a good video! Looks like you had a busy day. We love seeing the general store. The waterfall was cool also.
Thanks for watching!
I enjoyed your back roads trip today. My mom grew up in Wartburg. I spent every summer there. We use to swim in the creek that led to the falls. I remember her barn roof would get painted every spring. It said See Rock City. I know the paid her a small amount to use her barn for advertising. It brings back good memories.
Thanks for doing what y'all do, because of the internet, technology and people like you and Dawn, people like myself get to see these great locations and the beauty of Tennessee and the USA. Because I follow y'all, my wife and I have saw, visited places, had great meals @ places we did not know existed

The parents, two brothers and two sisters, of the famous writer and humorist, Mark Twain, were once residents of Jamestown, Tennessee, and lived there just shortly before he was born.

Loving these adventures!
Enjoyed. Thanks for sharing ❤
Glad you enjoyed it
Loved to hear the pride of hometown shining in their voices.
We loved this, loved being with you all seeing the old buildings, general stores and museum and waterfall. The buildings really took you back in time. Wow how the times and technology has changed from then to now. All this modern stuff, I think we have forfeited the peace people had back then, no pressures like we have today in a rat race society. I know people worked hard back then, but they had time for each other!!
Drove thru there on my last trip to the Smokies coming from Mammoth Caves. Didn’t stop though. Took the back roads. Stumbled onto to Sgt York’s grave and memorial in Pall Mall.
Big South Fork Park is nice
I just love this store! Will definitely visit this store next time we visit Tennessee. Thankyou for sharing your day. Take care you two. I appreciate you both...😊 From somewhere in Texas.. Much love your way...Pamela and Doug 💕
Wonderful video Will and Dawn. You guys are great God bless you!
Thank you so much!
Epic sledgehammered that like button sharing out full watch stay safe and blessed
October sky was about Homer Hickman and 2 other young men from Coalwood WV
And the struggles they went through growing up in a coal mining town in McDowell county WV about 50 miles south of Where I live in Beckley WV.. coca cola used to paint and furnish signage free for stores ....for the advertising... Tiffany makes a great fried bologna sandwich at RM Brooks
Love the lil back roads maybe y’all can hook up with the woo lol he loves them back roads
Will and dawn that was an amazing video 😊
Thank you 😊
@yankeeinthesouth u are welcome will and dawn 😊
Thank you for taking me along! Go back in the fall, I bet you would get some beautiful camera shots!
Thank you for visiting this area. This is "home" for my family. I was born in Morgan County, had all my shots at that court house. My Mom lived for a time in Rugby with her grandparents and went to the one-room school there. I have been to Potters Falls countless times and have been in that water. I never jumped off those falls like many of my cousins have. I have also shopped at Brooks Store, it looks exactly the same as I remember. This was a trip down memory lane for me. Thank you! By the way, Rugby is seriously haunted. No kidding!
I love these road trips with you all. They are so interesting & you do such a good job pointing out special things. Look forward to seeing where you take us next.
Glad you like them!

I cannot say enough how much I enjoy your back road videos. I live in Iowa and my ancestors are from Tennessee. I have been to the Smoky Mountains several times and hope to travel there again soon. You two are such a delight. It feels like I’m riding in the car with you on your travels. Thanks for all you do. ❤ Cherie from Iowa
Glad you like them!
The Olga coal company building is from October Sky.
Great movie and they have a festival every year.
They supposedly didn’t film in coal wood wv because of the lightning conditions with the mountains
Thank you for sharing your info
