You are going to love the 5th wheel. On the Delta TT. I can't believe that they put the water hook up panel in the pass thru compartment. Sooner or later the black flush, the water fill, and the hose are going to wear out and leak. I'd rather have that separate. All that electric in there too. 110v, USB, cable connector, and switches near the water.
It’s absolutely gorgeous. Desk? Yes! Mud room? Such a great idea. Can’t wait to see how you outfit it for you and the poochies. Just loved seeing the smiles on your faces and how excited you are to make your new home exactly what you want. No painting required!
Wow, I thought maybe we were the only ones to switch from Outdoors to Paradigm. We had an Outdoors 24RKS which we used for travel. Earlier this year we decided to sell the house and go full time, so we traded the Outdoors for an Alliance Paradigm 295MK. Love it!
I can't wait to see a full tour to see all of it and how you organize everything! The meal prep is going to be great. That is cool how they changed up the bathroom for you. I think the desk option is brilliant! The puppies are going to love all the space too!
Congratulations! Love what you changed in the Floorplan. That rear desk is a perfect option for remote workers or crafters, and who needs a table with that much desk and counter. Puppies come first!
Erin do a video on everything you buy for the new trailer.....ie baskets, rugs, linens, organizers, chairs for the desks and link the Amazon or other stores on the video. It will be fun to see what you purchase or favorites you bring from the other camper. I can't wait to see it decorated. What fun you two will have. Thanks for sharing.
👉🚐👍Congratulations Outside paint scheme looks fantastic and the inside color also. Also you can't go wrong with a His & Her's desk combo! From what you have shown so far, I think you nailed it! Standing by for the full tour! Have a Blessed Weekend! 👊
Yes to offering a desk in rear living units! We have been looking for a new fifth wheel that offers this exact layout. Please Alliance keep this option for those of us who work on the road! Beautiful unit best of luck with your new home.
I found the best way to clean a non grouted backsplash is by putting a splash of Avon skin so soft bath oil straight in my hand and rub the wall down so it doesn’t drip and wait 5 minutes so the oil dissolves the oil splashes! With paper towel give it a good wipe til the skin so soft if mostly gone Now you can simply use your dish water and cloth to wipe the rest clean. Dry the back splash for a shine!!!
I am so happy for you! I know you owned a house before and now it’s like you have another house, especially after living in the van for so long. We have been outfitting our new trailer for the past couple of weeks, and I am so excited by all the extra space that I cannot even imagine how excited you must be, congratulations! I think the desk idea is brilliant.
The rear desk is outstanding and should become a standard feature! It will be interesting to see how the 5th wheel tows compared to the ORV TT. You did a ton of solar/battery upgrades to the ORV, what will this one have?
You'll love all the windows, especially over the desk while you work! 4 burner cooktop is cool. Queen bed makes daily life easier when making the bed. The pups will get the zoomies around that island...rugs, or well clipped toenails will help keep them from crashing, and protect the vinyl. Enjoy! We're loving our new one more each day. Safe travels!
Congrats on the new 5th wheel. I love the desk and the sofa. It gives you a bunch of versatility because you can eat at the desk and enjoy that view out of the bay windows, work from there without disturbing each other in the bedroom, and you won't miss the dinette because its just the two of you.
I absolutely love it. I’m so excited for you both and can’t wait to see it in more depth once you move in. We also work from the road and especially love that double desk. Too funny, Aaron calling dibs on the couch and desk. Like you, I’d also need to feel which side ‘fits’ me the best 🙃. We switched out the king bed in our motorhome for a queen bed to make the room more spacious, have more walking room at each side of the bed and add extra bedside storage. It was a great decision. Wishing you all the very best in your new home 🥰
We have a 2022 295MK and the bathroom setup is really the only thing we don't like. Our toilet is at an angle and the lack of counter space isn't great. Also, if there was a solid wall where the barn door is that would be good because there isn't really any wall space for a towel holders. The desk would be a good option but, I don't think it would be a good idea to replace the couch unless someone wants to. Enjoy your new home and WELCOME to the FamAlly!
Tandem leash life = **chef's kiss** Keep at it. You/they will quickly sort it all out and it makes day-to-day leash life SO much simpler. And congrats on the new digs!
The rear desk option is a great addition! One thing that stuck out to me is that the black tank wash out is ABOVE the fresh water fill, I suggest that be reversed in order to avoid any drip contamination.
Thanks, for both walk-throughs. The TT was real nice, but then could see why you want the 5thWheel. And I like your alterations, especially the desks! And at those desks, you're not limited to office work; a person could do crafts, sewing, gift-wrapping, tinkering, small repairs, etc,
Excited for you guys! I strongly suggest getting the new rig ceramic coated immediately to protect that full body paint and to make it much easier to keep clean, especially since you are full timers. You can obviously do the ceramic coating later but it will be much more expensive as they will have to do extensive paint correction (buffing and polishing) before applying the coating. Much easier to do when brand new, although it is still a considerable expense but well worth it in my opinion. When we get our new rig that is the first thing that will be done to it.
That rear desk is fantastic! Such a wonderful option for two people who want to be able to do work on the road. Plus, with that window there it could also be an awesome spot for people to use as a dining area if they would rather. And I also agree that no grout on the backsplash would definitely be easier to maintain. Definitely looks fancy. Love the decor! Bright and airy. And so awesome that you don't have to do the painting. Love all of your choices. And can I just say how refreshing it is to watch videos by people who aren't trying to use clickbait to get people to watch them. Love how real you both are!
Congratulations on joining the 5th wheeler club! It's going to be a great fit. I like the idea of replacing the couch which really doesn't make a bed, at least in our case. We also have the on demand water heater. It takes a minute to get the hot water going. We set our temperature to 100 for me and 106 for my wife. It helps when you have to take a 'navy' shower and stop the flow periodically. If you're quick the temperature will be pretty much constant, not the ole blast of hot and cold that you have to wait for. That uses a lot of water. One question, is your vent fan over the stove in your microwave? It runs on 120 volts and is a pain for us when boondocking.
Yes, absolutely have a model with a desk in the back. As someone that works from our trailer this would move to the top of my list when we go to upgrade!
Love the desk area, I think all rvs should have some sort of desk area. Doggie space is a great idea. Perfect for kennel and beds ect. Can't wait to see how you organize it after move in. Congrats!
You'll really appreciate going with the queen sized bed to walk around more easily. In my 5th wheel, I cut down the king size platform, and was so much happier with it. It's funny that you guys are going up in size, and I'm in the part of my journey that I'm downsizing. LOL I went from tent camping, to a 28ft tow-behind, then to a 32 ft tow behind to a 37 ft 5th wheel. I'm now selling the 5th wheel and going back to a tent until I find a teardrop I like. However, I don't live in mine full-time like you guys do. But I found it has limited my camping options. It was also prohibitive to going out just for a quick weekend. The hardest thing to adapt to was the sheer height of the 5th wheel. I had to be much more cautious of the routes I was taking. I LOVE the desk set-up and the light colors (why aren't more RV manufacturers doing this?). Oh, I already really like the "mudroom" idea. Good call! For the space, I think you and the dogs are going to love this. Happy traveling!!!
Yes on the desk option! We're planning on getting a Paradigm and are thinking seriously about removing the couch and putting in a desk. Your new rig is looking great!
My wife and I are in the the process of buying our first RV. Channels like your have taken so much fear out the process , thank you for that. We almost bought an Alliance Paradigm, that double master I great for when our adult kids some with. We ended up with the Brinkley bunkhouse. I have also ordered an F350 SRW HO Tremor. How has your experience been towing your new 5th wheel in that truck? My concern, since the Tremor is 2” taller that there could be a collision with the truck bed rails and the under side of the 5th wheel. Any thoughts or comments are much appreciated.
Congratulations! So happy for you all and your excitement. The additional space for you both and the pups will never allow you to go back. Definitely think the deal option is something alliance should offer for travel, working couples. 👍🏾
SOOOOO excited for y'all!!! I cried with my new 5th wheel. When we moved out of our long travel trailer with no slide into new 5th wheel, my Ex said OMG ALL THE STUFF WE HAVE! (I'm organized. Everything was in clear plastic containers). We transferred over n THEN HE SAID "HOLY CRAP, LOOK AT ALL THE EXTRA ROOM". I smiled n he goes "I KNOW THAT LOOK. YOUR NOT BUYING MORE CRAP"! Would you like to guess WHO WON???? ☺ You kids deserve this. This is your RV UNPLUGGED PRIZE. How much solar? We all know You know how to install it...just sayin. LOVE FROM TEXAS....
Desk is great. Needs spots in the back for mounting multiple monitors on stands though. I really would not want to have to be packing away large screens each move as I can't do my job efficiently with just a laptop screen. Would be much easier to manage the screens on a two arm mount than a free standing setup
That mud room space will be great for kennels and other doggie stuff! Smart move. I’ll be intrigued to see more. The desk is fabulous for digital nomads. Game changer, in my opinion.
I like the rear desk, I think it needs some kind of hole(s) in the back corners to cleanly run wires/cables to the ground outlets. Great looking 5th wheel. Totally agree with cutting the bathroom cabinet for more counter space. Enjoy guys!
The new rig looks great, big change from the original van! Look forward to the full tour and all the very best for the next stage of being on the road.
I'm surprised you were surprised to find some features in your new home like additional bathroom cabinets. Hope you guys continue to be happy in your new rig.
Congratulations guys! You guys beat us first on the upgrade to a new rig. After five years(and counting) of fulltime living on our current Outdoors RV travel trailer 25RDS, we are ready to step up to a 43 feet G.D. Momentum toy hauler only we can't find a good deal for new RAM 3500 dually to pull our new 5th wheel. Hopefully soon. Happy trails and safe travels. Cheers from the Nevada Desert!🤠
Congratulations Chris and Aaron! The new rig looks incredible and mark me down for a BIG YES for the desk! I see that as such an important feature for full timers and I'm glad that the manufacturers are starting to produce floorplans that include them! Much love, happiness and success with your new home! ❤❤❤
I'm super jealous. AND YES!! Alliance, please offer that amazing rear desk on the 310RL. Also love the empty space next to door. Good spot for the big parrot cage. He loves windows and he's the best alarm system ever.
I would love them to offer the desk in other models. Since I work from home and my wife does Lego, it would be better suited to our needs. Since we are full-timers and empty nesters that also gives us the option a few times a year the grand kids stay with us, we can easily do air mattresses and all :) Love the floor plan
We are looking forward to your experience as we also just bought an Alliance (Avenue 30 RLS) just 4 days ago. We are “1/2 timers” and moved out of our 28’ bumper pull toy hauler. The reception we received from Alliance has been amazing, from our personal factory tour to multiple follow ups with the minor issues to be worked out. Alliance customer service is amazing. Good Luck. Maybe see you in Elkhart!
Wow wow wow that is awesome. congratulations, you guys deserve it. My buddy has a Alliance paradigm it's awesome. Independent suspension disc, brakes man I'm excited for you two and the doggies, those babies are sweet!👍🇺🇲
We picked up a Cougar 23mle...28 foot, 2 slides, 12v fridge, on demand water heater, measly 400 watts of solar...tow it with our 2022 F250..gasser, not diesel like you have. Do like your fridge, desks, and solar set up. Amazing what another couple of feet of length can do - 28' vs your 33'... more space is a good thing.
So happy for your evolving nomadic journey! I don’t understand why you’d have to sacrifice a dining room table with a fifth wheel but to each their own! I think you could manage fitting one in though, even if you gotta get creative. It’s important to have designated areas that make it feel like home.
We chose sides on our bed & then we made the rule that that would be the same side in hotels in dual sink bathrooms etc. It saved lots of energy. Sometimes he would be closer to the bathroom & sometimes I would be. He is always to my left as we are facing the same way.
Exciting! Lot's of nice features in the new rig. The old one was fine for the two of you. Got crowded with 3 of you. Looks totally unworkable with FOUR of you! I look forward to the upcoming tour , your settling in, and your next adventures.
Your going to love it. We went from a 19’tt to our 310rl and wish we would have done this long before. Best mod we did to our alliance is the steadyfast stabilization system and I highly recommend it. Looking forward to see what hitch you go with for your tremor. We have the same truck as well!
I'm looking at the 32RLS and before I even saw your video I thought that I would take that couch out and put a desk in there. So, I think it is a good idea.
Haha, we bought our truck for our dog after deciding that a fifth wheel would give us the room to move when he’s in the rig! Morrie is a tall big dog. Love the layout especially the desks in the back window and the 3 person seating. Good thinking!
Nice, slider windows give more air flow, but I have sliders in my Jayco 5th wheel and you can't have them open when it rains, where with the frameless windows you can have them open. Nice floor plan!
Looks awesome. You guys so had the "Glow" which is to be expected. I think the desks will work out great for people that are working. Maybe they should add a hole thingy in the top of the desk for cords. I can't wait to see the washer/dryer? Congrats and you deserve it!
Congratulations! Excellent floor plan. Would definitely go for the desk. Thinking how you lived in the Interstate and then your trailer, I can’t wait to see all the great things you do with this space. Safe and happy travels!
that desk is perfect for me as a photographer and streamer i can put both my gaming/workstation laptop plus all the extra screens and nas thats just so great if i ever move in a trailer like that 😀
Congratulations I just knew this is what you were going for. You will love the 5th wheel. I loved my 5th wheel toyhauler so much I bought another 5th wheel for my around the state camping with my sisters. Toyhauler is to tall for some of the older state parks. Enjoy your new home!!!❤️❤️❤️
Darn! I was hoping you all would surprise us with a Global Expedition vehicle or Earth Roamer . 😔But a 5th wheel is nice too. hahaha 😜J/K Glad you guys are happy with your upgrade. Excited to see new adventures with this beautiful rig. 🥳
I can feel a 2023 Ford 450 Super Duty coming in your future ! You say thank you 450 when that BIG gust of wind hit you from out of the blue ! Driving a Fifth wheel be a better experience for both of you.
Hi Guys, I did start following because of the ORV. Your very first vlog I caught was the " what did we buy " and I was and still sold on the 22FQS Mountain for retirement. But I'm still in and really Happy for y'all. Safe Travels, Best Wishes.
desk good. instead of drawers maybe a mini rack for computers and gear with a heat exhaust fan out the back of unit. front door be a grate for ventalation. and removable sides for access with power in it
Hey guys love your new RV ! An idea for a future videos….😊 The difference of towing a travel trailer vs a 5th wheel ..!!! Would love to know y’all’s opinion since you have now towed both:) Also, the build quality of an Alliance vs Outdoor RV. Also, what you like better about a 5th wheel and can you still fit in most campgrounds/places you want to stay? Blessings and Safe travels!!!
Hello Chris and Aaron!! Whooaaa....you two are pole vaulting into some great space!! Cant wait for your longer tour of it!! I am guessing it really doesnt make your vehicle and trailer longet than your ORV setup? Yes...on many times, I wish we went with a 3 ft longer ORV so as to get the extra theater seating or couch for some more comfy seatin arrangements.
definitely love the desk situation. I have a sit/stand desk at home and in our trailer, the dinette is my best option for work and that sucks. I think it would be even better to have the top height adjustable but either way that's awesome as is. Really nice looking rig guys, congrats! Planning to put another 3k watt solar system into this one too?
Nice. But we loved the love seat recliners in our Rockwood 2606 so much that when we decided to go full time again (Class A) we immediately pulled out the couch and installed the Brad and Hall Dutchboy couch/double recliner. Now that is luxury!!! Otherwise, this 5th wheel looks to be “you 2.”
I know its not completed at the time of this video, I suggest two cable route holes, one at each back corner of that huge desk! Love the desk. Congrats on the new RV!
We Love your new home! We are Grand Design owners, and simply love this life on the road. I’m not longer shivering. I can just hook up and head to warmer weather. Beautiful rig. Hop to see ya on the road.
Congrats on your new 5th wheel it looks awesome. I'm not sure if you thought about your hitch in your tremor be sure to get a sliding 5th wheel for your short bed or you will have the front of you new RV in the back seat with your fir babies when you make a 90 degree turn. also make sure you have plenty of bed rail clearance figure 7-9 inches so your RV doesn't crash down on your bed rails. I look forward to your full tour and shake down video. Happy trails be safe out there.

This makes so much more sense for you, both in terms of layout and design, than the Outdoors RV! Very curious to see how she tows.

😊 Thank you!!!
You kids deserve this.
Desk? Absolutely! So many of us work on the road. Your new rig is gorgeous!
Congratulations on your new, gorgeous, and big 5th Wheel. Plenty of room for your fur babies to run and chase each other. Wishing you great travels.
I like the rear desk, I think it needs some kind of hole(s) in the back corners to cleanly run wires/cables to the ground outlets. Great looking 5th wheel. Totally agree with cutting the bathroom cabinet for more counter space. Enjoy guys!
Thanks!!
The new rig looks great, big change from the original van! Look forward to the full tour and all the very best for the next stage of being on the road.
The desk option is really nice, and for couples, it works perfectly. I would definitely go with the desk option in a 5th wheel.
It is a beauty❤. Congrats on your new purchase!🎉
Thanks Betty!!😊
Hey guys! Great meeting you at the MN Ally Happy Hour & Rally! Great job on the Ambassadors presentation today. See you again soon!
Yes!!! We got an air mattress too! 😊
Beautiful Paradigm! Welcome to the Alliance family! We have a 370 FB and have loved every minute of having it!
🙌 Thank you!! Appreciate it!!!
Congrats on the fifth wheel, she's a beaut, lots of space!...we just picked up our new fifth wheel this week as well...really enjoying the life!
Thank you! What a coincidence ! What did you get?
We picked up a Cougar 23mle...28 foot, 2 slides, 12v fridge, on demand water heater, measly 400 watts of solar...tow it with our 2022 F250..gasser, not diesel like you have. Do like your fridge, desks, and solar set up. Amazing what another couple of feet of length can do - 28' vs your 33'... more space is a good thing.
The desk option and larger couch are fantastic!
Thats a great rule!!
It’s been working for 23 years! I’m so happy for you two! I’ve been a follower since you were in the Airstream. Your videos are great!
The rear DESK is a game-changer. That is amazing. Must be an option for everyone!
Congrats you two... Really like the idea of the duel desks for those who are remote working.
👍 Thanks!!!
Great quick tour of your new home! The pups are so excited with all the space ❤
We love it!!!! You will be so happy, wishing you many happy experiences in you new 5th Wheel! 🎉❤️👍👍❤️🎉
Yes vote for the desk! Lots of people I know work from home and would add it later (like me) 😊
Congratulations on your new purchase and many years of safety and joy!
How hard was it to custom order with the configuration you wanted such as the desk?
The DESK! The DESK! YES! Granny here can sit, sew and have natural light! Fabulous! Great ideas!
Ohhhh yes!!!!!
that desk is perfect for me as a photographer and streamer i can put both my gaming/workstation laptop plus all the extra screens and nas thats just so great if i ever move in a trailer like that 😀
Congratulations on your new Fifth Wheel, hope you have many happy adventures and fun.
Good luck guys,Congrats on the new home. It’s exciting I’m sure for y’all.
Beautiful coach. Hope y'all have many years of life and living in this new home...
congratulations, You bought probably the finest made fifth wheels you can buy. good for you folks
Thanks!! Maybe next upgrade!🤔
An idea for a future videos….😊
The difference of towing a travel trailer vs a 5th wheel ..!!!
Would love to know y’all’s opinion since you have now towed both:)
Also, the build quality of an Alliance vs Outdoor RV.
Welcome to the famAlly! We've been in our 2022 Valor 40v13 for a year and love it and love Alliance! Congrats!
Absolutely love the double desk! That has been the hardest thing for my partner and me to find when looking at trailers.
We just bought a 295! Great choice. I love the desk option snd love love love the bathroom change.
I know its not completed at the time of this video, I suggest two cable route holes, one at each back corner of that huge desk! Love the desk. Congrats on the new RV!
Thank you!@!!
This looks great! I love that more floorplans with desks are coming out.
Love it! Congratulations and safe travels in your new rig!!! 🥂
Thank You!!!😊
Yes, Alliance! Offer the desk in all rear living floorplans, please!
For big trailers, 5th wheels are the way to go. Easier to tow and safer. Smart move! 🎉
Thanks!!!
We Love your new home! We are Grand Design owners, and simply love this life on the road. I’m not longer shivering. I can just hook up and head to warmer weather. Beautiful rig. Hop to see ya on the road.
Very exciting!! Thanks for showing us around!!❤
Thank you! Yes, we appreciate this thought and we did go with a slider for these exact reasons!
I walked two springer spaniel’s on tandem leash for years, no problems. Glad to see your excitement growing all the time.
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing your Rig and excitement. I’m anxious to see more. Where will you eat your meals?
Congrats y'all! Excited for this next chapter of our adventure!!
I love the light cabinets!
Gorgeous new home. I love how it’s so light & airy .
Thanks!!
