They got some plastic clips that snap into the window at auto Zone they go in the little whole at the top of the window and then just push the window back into the channel behind the weather stripping

For that remote start to work, make sure the tach wire from the alarm harness is hooked to the tach wire on the LS computer. I had the same issue.
