September 29th 2024, the strong winds driving storm waves at Charlestown, Cornwall

I took a video this morning of Polzeath where it was very windy but as it was an on shore wind there was actually little to see. The wind was coming from the South or South East and was gusting 40-55 mph or maybe more. Charlestown being on the south coast was taking a battering. Hope you enjoy the view. As for Portmellon .. we had been driving down to Gorran Haven and decided to pop in on the way back. Needless to say I didnt take my care through those waves!!
