Soaking them in a bowl of water in the fridge for at least 12-24 hrs softens them for digestion, it really does make a big difference in being able to digest them

That outfit on a plane is gross. Gone are the days when people would dress appropriately. Dressing for occasions is smart. Wearing anything anywhere is stupid. Why are fewer well dressed people out there now! Wearing slip ons to office, bikini to mall, sports wear to conferences and yeah, on flights. Tomorrow men will wear just shorts or underpants on plane. Women have forgotten everything.. I see only women not bothering to dress up for the occasion.

Nuts are a great option. I like salted almonds and pistachios, sometimes I get myself some honey roasted ones they are delicious
