I was reading the translation of MHJs presscon. Apparently, she was in charge of the newest girl group HYBE wants to debut but some authorities (Source I think) from the company suddenly recruited Chaewon and Sakura which was actually not part of MHJs original strategy for the rebranding. Therefore she instead took Minji from the trainees as she thought she was the only one fit for the concept, then Hanni, then the other 3 NWJNS girls, and formed NWJNS based on the concept she was going for. It makes sense how on one LSSRFM video, Yunjin said how happy she was to see "the other trainees she trained with" debut on another group although they were not on the same group anymore. I guess it also explains why the last girl that should be debuting with LSSRFM was replaced suddenly by Eunchae, I guess she didn't fit the concept they were going for.

To add up to the fact the staffs who went to Le sserafim for their debut were originally TXT's staff. Bang pd simply didn't care about TXT and transferred the well management team to SouMu without a second thought... after that TXT actually suffered a lot and their lore and concept was messed up cus there was no og staffs, the promotions were less and TXT is still not promoted well for this reason. In 2021 0X1=LOVESONG which peaked and after that everything changed and filthy rumours were spread by MHJ for TXT's ultimate downfall...TXT still stood strong because of moas efforts

Debuting newjeans with the title of ‘ hybe’s first girl group ‘ was in the terms of conditions, But bangshihyuk debuted lesserafim instead. ( i assume that this is because other izone menber were debuting as well at that time. ) 6. Min hee jin was angry about this, so she maded label called ador and tried to take newjeans members. But bangshihyuk said “ i will not let you to take those girls unless you give me 100% of ador shares. “ 7. They concluded an agreement by minheejin getting 16? % and bangshihyuk getting 80%. 8. So even though she recruited the other members, they became Somu trainees. And yes, the projects were Somu's money. That's why they went bankrupt for 3 years in a row. i personally feel that both parties are at fault. the industry is so messed up that no one there is an angel, including both min hee jin and hybe. i still have to wait to see how this unfolds, but the biggest trigger for me is how min heejin claims that the y2k concept for new jeans is hers. its common sense that ideas tend to circulate, so it makes sense that tws and all the other groups she’s accusing have simillar concepts to new jeans. new jeans’ debut created a whole new trend and to provide fans with both a new group and concept they love, these accussed groups are having similar concepts. the idea of a y2k concept is merely evolving. unless anything is a direct copy and copyright violation, i dont see how this woman has any right to claim the y2k concept. i feel horrible for all the artists. they’re just reaching their well-deserved success and now this? i hope they dont suffer too much.

I was reading the translation of MHJs presscon. Apparently, she was in charge of the newest girl group HYBE wants to debut but some authorities (Source I think) from the company suddenly recruited Chaewon and Sakura which was actually not part of MHJs original strategy for the rebranding. Therefore she instead took Minji from the trainees as she thought she was the only one fit for the concept, then Hanni, then the other 3 NWJNS girls, and formed NWJNS based on the concept she was going for.
It makes sense how on one LSSRFM video, Yunjin said how happy she was to see "the other trainees she trained with" debut on another group although they were not on the same group anymore.
I guess it also explains why the last girl that should be debuting with LSSRFM was replaced suddenly by Eunchae, I guess she didn't fit the concept they were going for.

- Says that she read all the comments snd articles about her and thinks that they really want her to die.
- Denies trying to leave HYBE. Rather than her betraying HYBE, she felt that HYBE betrayed her. She thinks they're trying to frame her and suppress her because she doesn't listen to them.
- Denies the runors of her being behind Gfriend's disbandment
- Says she never claimed BTS stole her thing
- Says that back then, Bang Siyhuk wanted to buy Source Music, to make kt a label where their girl groups would debut.
- Source music wasn't a well branded company and HYBE wasn't even branded back then so what HYBE told her was the group would be labeled "Min Heejin's girl group"

1. Min hee jin was in sm for many years, but she and lee su man’s opinion was not same so min hee jin left sm.
2. Since min hee jin had a talent of making a concept of idol group, bang shi hyuk ( who made the first song of bangtan that didn’t got lots of attention ) hired min hee jin.
3. But there was some terms and conditions. One of those was ‘ min hee jin can do whatever she wants and bang shi hyuk will support her. ‘ ( this is because of her personality. She is stubborn in the aspect of work this is why she left sm. )
4. After she was hired by bangshihyuk, she wanted to debut minji ( hybe&source music ) and other 4 girls who participated in audition that minheejin opened with the girl group called newjeans.
5. Debuting newjeans with the title of ‘ hybe’s first girl group ‘ was in the terms of conditions, But bangshihyuk debuted lesserafim instead. ( i assume that this is because other izone menber were debuting as well at that time. )
6. Min hee jin was angry about this, so she maded label called ador and tried to take newjeans members. But bangshihyuk said “ i will not let you to take those girls unless you give me 100% of ador shares. “
7. They concluded an agreement by minheejin getting 16? % and bangshihyuk getting 80%.
8. Recently bangshihyuk said that minheejin tried to steal hybe and there’s an evidence. But he never exposed that evidences to netizen.

pls read: As a Korean who watch and understood the whole conference, min hee jin definitely showed her sincereness toward her group and how much she actually care about newjeans. For the foreigners who might not fully understood the conference, heres the abridgment.
1. When min hee jin first got out from SM, bang scouted her as a director of hybe’s first girl group, saying that he is not so confident with the girl group field.
2. After getting in to hybe min hee jin scouted current newjeans members by persuading that they are going to be the first girl group from hybe.
3. However, before newjeans’s debut, bang si hyuk suddenly ‘informed’ that hybe is going to postpone the debut of newjeans, since they are going to release le sserafim, directed by bang si hyuk. The general opinion with the group in korea was that their styles, songs, dances, and even the concept picture is to similar to those of newjeans. (Maybe this is the main point where Bang got pissed.)
7. Recently, le sserafim shitted, showed their poor performance in Coachella, k pop fans in Korea was very disappointed with it. And two days after le sserafims’s last performance, which was one day before newjeans’ official comeback, bang suddenly publicized his CONVICTION that Min tried overtake newjeans from hybe, without providing any actually valid evidence. The conversation in private messenger between min and ador’s vice president that bang asserts which motivated his conviction found out to be more like a wall in back (joke-like conversation) about bang who’s not supporting newjeans at all.
In korea, Hybe is already famous for maliciously instigating public opinion by hiring so called 댓글부대, that posts or leaves intentional comments everywhere. Even after reading all this, foreigners still might not understand why we all believe what min hee jin said. Its embaracing but if you ever experienced office life in Korea, you might agree that all these stories are quite far from her own fantasy, these things actually do happen in Korea. She also showed dozens of proofs that everything she said is true. Furthermore, not only the newjeans members but even their parents are with min’s side. From min’s instagram and newjeans’s official youtube channel, you can see how much min cares about members. 99 percent of the Public opinion in Korea already leaned toward min, we are not being emotional, if you can ever understand Korean language, understand gloomy korean society, you will also understand why we support min.
