Yukgaejang Kalguksu | Korean Spicy Beef Noodle Soup! | 육개장 칼국수

Today, I made yukgaejang, a soup I had a lot growing up, and paired noodles with it.
Spicy, savory with soft beef shank, brisket and tripe hit the spot for me. Noodles were super tasty too!

Very nice but I have my reservations about the tripe. When I was a youngster in the 1950's there was a tripe shop near where I lived, they sold all sorts of tripe. It was a very cheap and popular meal after the war.
Just to add, my mother cooked tripe in milk with onions. It was served with mashed potatoes and cabbage. The tripe was seasoned with salt and pepper and vinegar.
