Many years ago, I fell in love with a red sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. Still today we have that in our home. I've paired the pieces with a rug that brings black, red, gray and soft white to the space. Paired with some black and red wall decor, and a vintage red formica table and chairs in an adjacent eating nook, it makes a bold and fun statement that still makes me happy.
My favorite paint color is the classic Benjamin Moore color Black Forest Green. Could you do a video on how to use it and what to pair it with? So far, I've used it only on a bench for outside. I was going to use it on the stairs to my second floor but used BM's Bittersweet Chocolate instead with BM's Navajo White (saw your video on this) on the walls. The dark green was just too intrusive to my non-artistic eye. I know that artists just love loads of color, and it looks great in their homes, but I think many of us don't like the over-stimulation that you get from bold colors on the walls.
I used to be all super-white super-minimalism but, ya know, COVID lockdown changed me--I want more color. LOTS more color. Dark color. Moody, dramatic, atmospheric dark color. 😁
Can you please do a Scandi palette with some trendy colors ...
I am using my main color miner's dust ( Dunn Edward ) and then going to use cracked pepper in my bedroom.
I bought a color called Carnival Red for a basement bedroom in historic town. At check out, the cashier asked me, "Where you gonna use this?" 😂
