A jathi composed and choreographed by a 9 year old dancer

Sandhya is only 9 years old but extremely passionate about dance. She has made an attempt to compose a jathi, choreograph it, recite and record it while tapping the thattukazhi (she hasn't yet started on the talam), and use that audio to dance and make a video. True passion! I hope she goes a long way in her dance journey.
Shrraddhanjali was established in the year 1993 by Guru Smt. Madhuri Balram. Guru Smt. Latha S. Rajagopalan, daughter and disciple of Smt. Madhuri Balram has been teaching at Shrraddhanjali for over 22 years.
Students are taught not only the dance aspect, but theory of bharatanatyam, nattuvangam, choreography, etc. Bharatanatyam and Nattuvangam classes are also taught online.
