I'm crying. Not only does he have the best tutorials but he updates his tutorials when he finds a better way of doing it. Do we even deserve him? 🥺
i want a piece of the percentage you got for this ad

When I change the brightness of the shadow, the part selected doesnt match with the image, how can I fix that ?
No. The answer is no, we do not.
Dude! You're a true teacher. A master who doesn't hold his knowledge and experience like a secret. I appreciate your commitment to teaching us everything.
I liked that u mentioned the mistake to let us learn from it🤗❤️❤️
Signs of a great teacher: Admitting that your work is not failproof . Explicitly exposing your mistakes and demonstrating how to fix them and ways to improve upon them.... You my man are an absolute legend ! I have so much respect for you ... Stay safe
i want to press like button 100 of time but i can't .. you are god of photoshop :)
Great tutorial as always. I love and respect the way you are so open about finding better and simpler ways of doing things, and then having the honesty to share them with us. Thank you for the wonderful advice you give to us all and for the clear and concise way you explain things. Also glad you seem to be in a much more upbeat mood today. I hope you and your loved ones are keeping well.
Your clarity is outstanding. You get down to business with no BS and do a truly outstanding job. Thanks!
you are the greatest teacher I've known when it comes to photoshop, I learn a lot from you keep uploading tutorials. thanks a lot
You know Unmesh is a good teacher, when you're in a graphic design school and you learn x1000 more things with him :,) Thanks man 🥺
When I change the brightness of the shadow, the part selected doesnt match with the image, how can I fix that ?
@@alexandrubarlan3024 you can use Curves or Levels to adjust the color.
My godness I dont know know to express how great this tutorial is toward my wedding -photo editings, I barely put my comments in public ! Thank you so much for your phenominal contribution which makes photoshop learning is so much easier to access and achievable !
I loved the update! So much faster and the smudge tool is so great for refining masks
"We always need to show the mistakes in the videos as well."
LOUDER!! ❤️
You are one of the best teachers on UA-cam. Not just for your Photoshop skills, but also for the sound of the video that is very clean, your English is easy to understand (take it from a Brazilian). To sum up, you rock!
“Stay inside. Stay inside the shadow transition!” I feel like not only is this great advice for this Photoshop tutorial, but for most things in life. Watch those transitions. Thanks, Unmesh for another great one!
I really love the way you explain the process- I've learned so much from you! Thank you for your great work and for your easy-to-understand tutorials! 🙏🏼
Not only are you one of the best instructors, but you are also so naturally humble as you teach.
I'd like to mention something about blurring the mask: you don't necessarily need to do it via Filter. You can double-click on the mask an then a window should show up, where you can edit the mask/selection still after creating it. In the window you have a slider for soft edge which you can play around with until it fits and you can even change it afterwards.
When Unmesh says to stay inside, you know it's serious! Stay inside, y'all!
Yes mam!!!
lmao
No, don't stay inside, just stay safe.
Not only 'Stay Inside' also use the 'Mask'! :D
When I change the brightness of the shadow, the part selected doesnt match with the image, how can I fix that ?
Absolutely the best tutorials. ThIs one in particular addresses an issue I have been trying to resolve. Thanks again.
Absolutely amazing; you make it look so straightforward.
You are the best teacher of photoshop......lots of love sir ....
Sir, I appreciate seeing you modify the selection. It's something that I understand, but it's something that I need more practise of, so letting us see you do it instead of you editing out that portion of the video is a good thing for me!
Thank you!
Been using photoshop for over 20 years and still learning new stuff. PIX, you are awesome!
I love how there are a hundred different ways to accomplish the same task using different techniques.
Wow! This is amazing! Definitely going to save sooo much time with shadowy edits!
still my favorite UA-cam channel. :D

Thank you!
I'm learning lightroom and photoshop from scratch so I'm not quite ready to follow along but I have been saving these tutorials for when I am. I love "you have to include the mistakes". I won't be including mine by choice but it's great to see how to quickly fix them when I do.😊
I love the way you keep learning, improve the technic and sharing to us. Thanks bro.
WOW! I am so thrilled I found you. You are the leader of the pack... the best teacher of photoshop by far. Thank you so much!
Very helpful videos you're making, man! Thank you for all the time and effort that you invest. I work professionally with photoshop for over 10 years now but there are always new things to learn. Best Photoshop tutorials in the world
Best tutorials ever. Thank you so much for your effort!
Wow. I am amazed, how you have speeded up the processed. Loved it.
Wow this is the first time I'm watching one of your tutorials. You would such an amazing teacher/professor. You have that ease and accessibility. I wish you could teach me programming or physics lol.
I also think its fantastic you showed your mistake and how to easily overcome it. These are the small little details us learners tend to go through and can be at a loss at times on how to efficiently fix.
As always, very clear and simple explained. I will definitely use this tip.
Your dedication and micro niche depth teaching in a this young edge is outstanding. Whole world is fan of your channel for detailed Photoshop.
Thank you! Will try this method on shadows in my real estate photography.
Epic! I've just used this technique to remove dark circles from one of my pictures and the result is amazing! Thanks for this!
I love your Mistakes videos more 😍❤️ Great tutorial PiX
Stunning!! Fantastic technique for a problem I seem to be facing all the time! Thanks you soooo much for this one!
I only need this type of tutorials to stay at home, thank you 3000
I promise this is my favorite UA-cam channel ever!
This is brilliant, I always enjoy your tutorials and this technique is very useful simple and effective. Many thanks!
Great technique, thank you!
This will get way more difficult though if the shadow area has a vastly different tint. In your example for instance the shadow would often have a strong blue tint from the skylight if it’s a clear sunny day.
Maybe using the same mask you created in the process could be used for applying a color shift.
The problem is that he created a shadow in Photoshop just painting in black, this isn't how shadows work. But it is fine to fix, for example getting the color and repainting it with a layer using "Color" overlay mode.
You are the one, I think the only one, who is willing to help people to learn Photoshop. I learnt a lot from your videos. May I say thank you again, my friend.
The best tutorials. Thank you Unmesh. Great job!

Great content, as usual, Unmesh!
I love your videos and teaching methods and would like to learn Photoshop from the ground up from you and have been watching a lot of your videos but I keep going from video to video in no particular order.
Do you have a structured, step by step Photoshop course/tutorial or something of the sort?
Thanks, and keep up the great work!
Amazing!, This will blow up!!

Actually, you are the best master photoshop in youtube. Thank you for your creative videos
Great video....you make it look sooo easy...shoot, im just now figuring out how to replace simple backgrounds. ...
Keep up the great videos, love it! Just a short question regarding your selection. Wouldn't it be even faster to refine your mask? Shift edge, make it smooth and feather the edges? Worked like a charm for me and the amount of manually dodging shrinks to a minimum.
Started learning photoshop a week ago and your videos helped me alot to learn basic skills
Great video, this will be very useful for some shots I've taken where the light was a little harsh.
Not usually one to comment on tutorials, but this one was amazing - solved an issue very quickly with just what I was looking for.

I always love your videos. You're a great teacher in PS. I suggest maybe can you do a tutorial about how to use or manipulate colors to make a picture more vibrant or better, like complementary colors. or all about color theory. That would be a great lesson.

Unmesh is probably the solely teacher on the planet, painting for his students intentionally a shadow on the face (the fingers of the hand are in a position no such shadow is possible), just to make a tutorial how to fix it. This is so awesome. 🤩
happy to see your SMILE
simple yet amazing
Another amazing tutorial!
