Totally agree ! I've sprayed three sets of cabinets with this product so far and I love it. Amazingly quick dry time, with a beautiful smooth finish. Perfect alternative to laquer.
I’m the painter for 11 years and every time that I see videos for you I always learn something different there for me and I think you are the best painter in the world
This is awesome, the Idaho painter and his crews are phenomenal, I've been painting over 22 years myself and I've made some mistakes afew times in my career, first time I sprayed doors I sagged them big time, well instead of leaving it alone and wet sanding my sags out with a rubber block the next day, I freaked out and grabbed a 6 inch half inch nap weenie roller and for one , put firballs in the doors plus stipple, huge mistake. I never repeated that again. Idaho painter is super pro.
I had to make a cabinet panel a week after a cabinet reface was done at a customers home. Pittsburgh paints is where I found Breakthrough paint. They asked me if I worked for the cabinet reface shop because they were the only ones that use breakthrough paint, they said it’s all they use for cabinets. When I sprayed it on I was super impressed. I don’t spray every day but I do spray projects like once a month to every other month. I can remember laughing after using this paint because I thought it laid out so nice that even a toddler could have good results with it! 😀
Its a shame but we don't have professional painters like you in Florida where I live. No quality, no pride in their work. Just speed and go! And want their money for crapy job! Just discovered this channel, Really enjoying seeing what equipment and tools other guys are using in the rest of the world. Checked out your online store too, great tools and the pricing is good. I see a lot of new products come and go, but it's nice to see a selection of quality products geared for pros, tested by pros. Thanks for the remarkably entertaining vids. Subbed.
Also when you spray outside you wanna make sure the wind isn't blowing over 10mph cause the over spray can travel up to a mile. I mention that cause when you was spraying the door I was watching where your over spray was traveling. Also that PPG paint sounds pretty good. I have used PPG paints before just not that one. I would definitely give it a shot. For doors like that I've used Emerald and I like using a 311 tip to spray trim and doors. That's just the way I like to do it. I figure a 6 inch fan is good cause of less over spray. Great job as always.
Do you ever use the stack racks for doors. 4 triangles for each door , you can flip door on floor and stack one on top of other when sprayed. Very handy.

Just gotta make a comment, i bought one of the whip hoses and i have to say all you guys watching this need to get one, their so flexible they make gun control so easy, its like your guns not actually attached to anything, sprayed whole 4bed house woodwork out in 2hrs including prep, its just so natural your not fighting the hose like you normally would be, so good i got another because we just cant get whips like this in uk

Looks nice! Quick question though, When I have sprayed doors I have had to wait at least a day before moving them to install because even with clean gloves on it can leave fingerprint blemishes on the paint before it cures. How do you not leave those blemishes in such short dry time?
For us newbies what is an injection card? Also could you comment or make a video on the difference between FF tips and HEA tips. Looking at getting the Titan HEA sprayer and they don't take FF tips and the smallest they go is 311 tips
It comes when you buy a gun or airless sprayer its so the doctor knows what to do if you accidentally sprsy ur skin and it breacks and gets contaminated with paint
You could also use 12 inch masking paper instead of 3m plastic. 2 bucks a roll vs 12. Also it's going on a window so frog tape wouldn't be necessary on this project. If anything bleeds though which shouldnt since tape sticks very well to a window just take a window scraper and clean up the edges. Otherwise nice job.
Tip when putting tape on Windows use your 5in one tool tu cut the tape put the tip of the fiveone at an angle and pull your tape sideways and you will always get a clean cut
