She is the real deal, a strong singer, and more than that a true honest performer. So inspiring. Heck I just ran across her a couple of months ago. Immediately I researched who she is. WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY. her lifes battles and still get up and keep on fighting!! Heck I am 63, she has me LAUGHING, DANCING AND EVEN CRYING with her songs and performance. I watched a lot of her other concerts tonight on youtube and when she was due to hit her usual high note, she clapped her hands or walked across the stage, or something, she sadly just can't do it anymore, but she is still a powerhouse of a performer to watch and has great stage presence.

I think it has to do with the cancer, the treatment might have affected and she was diagnosed with cancer twice.
She doesn't have monitoring in her ear, and that's why she is not singing higher.
