For the past 4 years I've been fulltime 24/7 caregiver for my bride. Prior to that I was a an IT crisis resolution consultant. When I was on a job, many of which were so far out of my comfort zone they could have been on Mars, I was 100% focused on problem resolution. Once the fix was accomplished I could destress, unwind and just go with the flow of whatever I felt would be fun. Despite the super high stress, the job had boundaries but that is not the case with being a caregiver. Everything is 100% interrupt driven and unless my bride is sound asleep, a certain percentage of my attention and energy is always listening, always evaluating and always anticipating what's happening in the moment and what could or should happen next. I said all of that to say that even when I'm doing something mundane like cleaning the kitchen, I get distracted and start watching what ever it is she is watching on TV. I loose more time that way. Hopefully some of these suggestions will help me keep tighter focus. Thanks for what you do Ed, you rock!
Hi Ed. You are my mentor. Im re- reading your book the power of one more and watching your vidoes , planning to apply everything. I want to Maxout my life. Thank you for everything. 🙏🙏🙏
Just by looking at your face, you currently look much healthier than in the other clips from this video that date back 2-3 years. Glad to see you’re in the best shape of your life man !
Today being at a scared low point and feeling like giving up, that I don’t have the strength anymore to climb what seems to be a very high mountain and a difficult climb to get the breakthrough for my company just to make enough for me and my 2 girls to be okay, this video reached me. Thank you for always sharing with such courage and care! ~B
Keep climbing. It is a hard high mountain and when you get to the top there could be another mountain. There is a point where the climb ends and you find yourself sitting at the top basking in all the pain and effort realising it was worth it for the view you now have.
Awesome Video! Thanks for sharing the Heartyness of Tigers Mindset and how real its become in you, your Tenacity is contagious!!! My wife and myself saw you live in Phoenix last week at life surge. Awesome as always and I got a duck call from the stage when Willie came out, also I let him know that his duck dynasty family quacks me up! Lol!! Fun Day, also I sent a (personal) email to your main website after the event. Longer than normal but summarized. I was the guy in your audience concerned with NOT guetting the life title of "Most Squandered gifts given by God" Love you Brother, I study you and appreciate your daily discipline and thanks for being one of the rare real deals! Its awesome to see giants stay humble and keeping their strengths in perspective, knowing its how God given and how he wired you!!!
Ed, blessings brother. You make your own bed instead of paying someone. But, is there anything you would pay for to buy back your time. Best wishes to you and the family.

Who is the guy at the end? I did not catch his name or the title of his book. Thanks to the person that lets me know in advance.
I think it’s “sing your name out loud” Jason Derulo. 🤷🏻♂️🤓
