It would take hours for me to tell you how often you have answered deep questions that are so pertinent - sometimes I didn't know that was my question . I love you so much, you are my guide my encouraging friend and the voice that the Universe speaks to me through. I'm late to the solution, - spent a long time constructing my hell and even longer crawling out. "When the student is ready the master appears". I've never been a 'follower', but you're my go to guy, you know me so well and I'm so grateful. this is very helpful, i have cancer and this is the idea that not only i have of myself but all encompassing me? Family, partner, doctors and so on. my constant companions are unfortunately often enough? Self-doubt, despair and loneliness, not seeing yourself as the cancer patient's idea, constrained within the framework of beliefs and fears, not just your own, is the challenge of the present moment. Thanks for the always fitting words 😘

This is pretty amazing. I'm only 4 minutes in but I can always find the right thing to say to someone else who is in pain. It is easy for me to find sympathy for somebody else. Why can't, or should I say Why am I not finding sympathy for myself? I certainly have the tools.
